Great service from check in to out, shout out to Mr. Dat who really assist us and also he give good price on motorbike rental. Hotel room itself exceptional, there’s a elevator aswell and amazing view. Well recommend to all. N/A

The location is great, right on the edge of wilderness, mountain view, valley view and even a red funicular train to pass by! The staff were really friendly, helpful. The breakfast was nice. Convenience to go everywhere within 15-20mins walk. We did not have to pay for taxi at all.

I like the view, the staff, the room and the price, super thumbs up! Actually it's not that I didn't like, it's somekinda suggestion, I suggest to add more options on their menu for the free breakfast, that's all but when it comes to their cooking, it's delicious ?

The name says it all: the scenery was superb! The location is lovely and certainly strategic. The host were nice and friendly, very attentive. The noises from the other guests. Seems like so many guests liked to slam the door and shout/ made noises.

Bath and comfy bed Room is damp and has mould all over it, bathroom stinks, gave laundry in and it came back wet.

I'd like how the staff trying to communicate even if they cannot speak english. Well, when we arrive the one in the reception not even bother to entertain us. He just let us wait outside and it's so cold. Hopefully it will not happened again in your future guest

A lot smaller than pictured, but nice views and helpful people I don’t think they change the sheets, when I stayed the first night and checked the sheets there was blood so pretty gross. They did change them when asked

The only thing to improve is maybe install a more brighter lights in the room because now in spite all the lights are turned on still room lighting is gloomy. I think thats it.
