Sapa Nature View Hotel

Location of the hotel is great as well as the staff, they are very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and a bit crowded during our stay, it only means the food is great. Facilities are clean but a bit old however properly maintained. There is a great view of mountains from our room as well as from the rooftop skybar with infinity pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, good location Wifi was terrible (room 606). No cleaning service after 3 hours out, with tag on the door. Breakfast was pretty average, nothing fancy.

Hallways are dark

Absolutely nothing. The towels were dirty, the sheets were dirty, we carried our own luggage (not mandatory, but they looked at us like what are you waiting for), the bathroom was a horror show (mold, water, falling apart and dirty). I don't know how they have an 8+ grade but it's a complete lie. Much much better hotel have the same price.

The hotel is not as advertised. The so called "nature view" is ruined by endless construction sites and mud. The bathtub in the room, looking out the window is fake. It's just there for decoration. Hot shower only lasts for 5 minutes. After that the water becomes cold, which leads me to believe it's pre-heated. It's an ok hotel, but definitely overpriced.

Loved everything about our stay, except for the fact that we did not get to stay in the room we booked due to construction next door

The breakfast is really nice. It has variety of choices, and the staff and manager are very friendly and accommodating. They give and extra mile on their services. Thank you Anthony! although the location is very accessible, however, the front street is always wet as the slope of the road is going down.

My husband and I decided to visit Sapa for a second time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had fantastic stay at Sapa Nature View. We booked the hotel last minute after a horrible experience at another hotel, and we're so glad we found Nature View. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room at no cost to make our anniversary more special. The room was nicely designed, super clean, bathroom with all basic amenities that you would need. 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee refilled every day. Hose keeping did a great job leaving the room spotless every day. The location is perfect. Close to all the attractions. and walking distance to fansipan station, Getting a breakfast buffet included in the price was a great bonus. The food was very tasty. Fantastic coffe, and a must try the beef noodle soup. Antony, the manager was great always overseeing everything went smoothly, and checking on us. He also helped us book our tickets to Fansipan and bus back to Hanoi with good prices. Lastly the hotel has a cute rooftop area with a small pool overlooking the valley. Great to unwind after exploring the town. Can't stop raving about this hotel. What a great value for the price! You might hear some traffic and street noise from your room since the hotel is located in a main street.

Even though the rooms are small and don’t reflect what are shown in the photos, they are still comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are not as big as they look in the photos.

The staff is amazing, the location is great and was very quiet at night. The breakfast had a great selection. I also highly recommend the restaurant that is next door, which you can get to through the hotel. I ate there for 3 nights. Nothing
