Location and friendly staff

I like our overall stay, the room was super spacious for 3 occupants. The breakfast has a lot of options to select. We had a complimentary cake delivered to our room. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the entire Sapa mountains. I definitely would want to come back here. I regret that I booked La Do Homestay to experience another hotel, and realized I should've extended my stay here than there. You'll feel the hotel is a bit old from the furnitures and structures.

Good Location. Not far from Sapa Square. Many restaurants nearby. Good view of Mountain and can see train to Fansipan. I am at the hotel which was not a good time due to construction surrounded. It might be better during high season.

Location, staff and food Big problem at check in. My reservation was prepaid several months ago. That credit card was compromised so I had to replace it. I updated Booking.com before my trip. The front desk would not except any evidence I had and made me pay for the stay again $584. Still waiting on a refund.

The hotel is clean and properly managed and maintained. The staff are nice and accommodating. The location is very accessible. The sink in the swimming pool area on the 1st floor is clogged. Also, the property doesn’t have iron or doesn’t provide iron.

The breakfast was alright and the location of the hotel is good. The staff were friendly. The size of the family suite room with only one toilet serving 4 members of the family was a challenge. The room also does not have a common hall. Like in many double room suites, it should have two toilets and a common hall.

Review of Pistachio Hotel Sapa First of all, I would like to commend the professionalism and hospitality of the bellman, Mr. Cú A Hô. He is extremely kind, accommodating, and always willing to help. He made our stay even more special. He has excellent communication skills and is always smiling. He is truly a great asset to Pistachio Hotel. This is exactly the kind of person you want to meet when visiting Sapa, Vietnam, as he helps create a wonderful and memorable experience. Secondly, the room and the view were absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thirdly, the infinity pool was amazing! The scenery was spectacular, and it was a wonderful experience to swim while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views and cool weather. The rooftop area is truly awesome. For those who prefer a warmer option, the hotel also offers a covered heated pool, which is a great alternative if you do not wish to brave the cooler temperatures at the rooftop infinity pool. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Pistachio Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. The outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and incredible facilities made our trip truly unforgettable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A few areas for improvement: 1. One downside is that the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board in the room, which is something I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. While the hotel offers an in-house ironing service, the turnaround time can take more than two hours, which may not be convenient for guests who need their clothes pressed quickly. 2. Guests traveling with children should be aware that there is an additional charge of 250,000 VND for a 6-year-old child. When booking through platforms such as Booking.com⁠, it is advisable to accurately indicate your child’s age during the reservation process to avoid any unexpected charges upon arrival.

The room is superb, Heated Indoor pool and gym area. the buffet breakfast . It's not that I don't like. but maybe it can be improved by having different or more choices of the menus..

Good location and room size. I booked and paid the room charge in December 2025. The hotel accounting department couldn’t find the record and I have to pay again before getting my room. The refund keeps postponing until the last minute of my check-out. I have to pay vnd 60000 for breaking a glass toothbrush cup.

We had an amazing stay at Pistachio Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We arrived late afternoon and we were all warmly greeted by the door men especially that of the front desk people. Welcome drinks were immediately served with a smile. Checking in was swift and we were in our room in no time. Vihn was very accommodating, giving points of interest suggestions. Breakfast spread was impressive. During this period, my spouse had a medical emergency and Vhin Vhin was fast in helping. And even after we left, we could feel the concern of Vhin by sending messages asking for updates. We would 100% recommend Pistachio Hotel with this kind of great service.
