The Exchange Sacramento, Curio Collection by Hilton

I am so happy about my 2 nights at The Exchange. All staff were extremely polite & helpful, and parking couldn't be any easier. The bed was so great that I was looking forward to getting back in bed the second night. The room was a great size. The bathroom was huge and had nice modern touch, and the overall amenities were perfect. The Willows restaurant has fabulous coffee and the avocado bowl was so good, I ordered it both mornings. Anytime I am back in downtown Sacramento, this is absolutely where I will stay; highly recommended

Beautiful place! Loved that they had a ice and water refill station (free) by the elevator on our floor, as well as downstairs. Cant wait to go back!

The exchange does not have on-site parking. This was misrepresented in your information on the hotel. The parking available was 1/2 a block away at the mall. There were no in and our privileges- you would be charged every time you left and came back in. Had i know this I would have picked another hotel. I hope you correct the ingo on the hotel. Additionally. Internet is only free when you sign up for the Hilton club otherwise it's $6:00 a day. Deceptive.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Great room. Super responsive to our needs. Rooms are a little dated and the steamer for our clothes worked the first night and then didn’t the second night.

shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing

Staff was very friendly! The location was great! We had a little issue with the AC unit and mini fridge but the staff provided breakfast discount for the inconvenience.

The front desk staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. A high degree of hospitality. The historic features and architecture of the hotel make it a unique place to stay. They provided appetizers and wine in the lobby in the evening and coffee in the morning which was very appreciated.

Great building! Old timey with a modern vibe. Great location near Old Sacramento, railroad museum, state capitol building. Very helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Clean room, comfy bed. Great front desk service. Conveniently located by the mall and Old Town Sacramento.

Staff went out of their way to help make our stay extra special. The front desk, bartender, valet were all excellent. Location was perfect, so close to Old Town, the ballpark, and many other sights.
