Clean quiet rooms. Right downtown by the golden 1 center and a bunch of bars close to old Sacramento

For the price we paid, the room and property was extremely exceptional.

Parking was easy. Great spot if you got an event to go to at golden 1 arena and just want somewhere to sleep comfortably.

It was so bad we left a day early. Roaches were coming up out of the bathroom sink!!! Furniture was extremely old and damaged. It was extremely dirty cobwebs, and dirt everywhere !!! Then the whole room smelled like vanilla coffee creamer. It was so bad that we had to leave the door open to try to air it out, but the smell never went away. The shower held about 4 inches of water in the bath when showering The bed was so hard and along with filling the springs in the mattress was unsleepable This place really should be shut down until they do a complete full remodel upgrade or condemn the building

Clean room with easy access to Golden 1 Arena.

The noise from traffic is very loud all night and the breakfast was very sad. The room was clean and nice, except for the noise.

I just missed the turn into the parking lot but very nice place close to everything.

Staff was largely absent from the front desk for about 7 minutes when we arrived to check in, however once we got a staff member, they were pleasant and helpful. The lobby is very nice and clean, as pictured. The room was fine, but not nearly as updated and neat/modern as the lobby. The room/bedding was clean, however we had no TV remote, and we had to request an additional towel for the room as there were only 2 for the 3 of us. The property itself was tidy enough, however they are clearly in the process of remodeling several of the rooms, so there was some construction debris. We did enjoy the pool, the gated access was nice, however some other guests did come out while my young son and I were swimming and they were playing music and drinking alcohol/smoking something that was not cigarettes or marijuana. Overall it worked for us for the one night we stayed there, however I booked us in a different hotel less than a mile away for $100 less for the last 2 nights of our trip.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Continental breakfast was lacking. Mainly had muffins and coffee. Enjoyed out stay.

Excellent location! Walking distance to just about everything. The property was currently being renovated, so I didnt't get to use the exercise room, but the pool area is beautiful. Basic room, basic continental breakfast. I will say that the limited selection they did have for breakfast was fresh and amazing! Super friendly and competent staff. Will definitely stay here again.

It is a quality value...

Its very old and most of it is under reconstruction and there is plaster falling off the walls. It smelled like old building and the weight area was nothing but a cement pad out side near the pool. The breakfast was two mini poplar yogurts horrible coffee and what appears to be 20 year old corn muffins in individual wrappers. It was disgusting and nothing to even nibble on at all. The rooms were clean at least but if your gonna go out to eat or walk down the street you should bring some way to protect yourself because the neighborhood is slightly scary and you dont feel very safe.

They are trying to finish the upgrades to all the rooms. Coffee area was not attended.

Well it was decent. We had no water for a little while it came back though, it does the job. The only complain would be the fact that the room smelt so much like cigarettes that’s all my stuff I brought with me smells like it now.

Staff was nice and professional, room was clean, that's the only positive things I can say about the experience. Shocking that $140/night buys this in California. Property was a disaster area, sketchy vibes.
