The perfect location and parking since we arrived by car. Hotel staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions for a quick one night stay.

The outside of Chateau is impressive, however the inside is a different story. The decor is old and tired. The cramped bathroom horrible with steps up to I inviting shower. There is no air conditioning. Add to that the WiFi did not work. In the end I booked another hotel The Mercure about 25 minutes away. So I ended up paying for two hotels. Old and decrepit inside. Bathrooms not nice. No air conditioning. Owner could not get WiFi to work.

Lovely interiors. After hours they have a self-serve wine fridge and snacks. Nice breakfast.

Location perfect with excellent parking. Lovely room with very comfortable bed. All the staff were exceedingly helpful. God quality breakfast selection. We only stayed here for two nights, a week would have been better.

Breakfast was very good but we were not offered fried/scrambled eggs on our last day. The range and quality of food available was excellent otherwise. The location was very useful for sightseeing. The room was quite small. I would have expected a wider range of toiletries to be available in a 4* hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, we've stayed near Saint Emilion previously and it make such a difference to be in the town near the centre. The rooms were recently refreshed and all clean and well supplied. It was very straightforward, no thrills or trims and still expensive, probably better to go to another option that's cheaper and is well reviewed.
