Location, large airy apartment in quiet street within the town. would have preferred more secure parking

Wonderful location, spacious room, updated bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, which was appreciated as it was very hot during our stay. The property was great. But the 20 minute walk from the train station in the heat, up hill, over rough ground and cobblestone was not fun. Definitely recommend seeing if an Uber is available.

Fantastic location, really cute building

Small and cozy place. A big enough apartment, clean and centric. One large wine store to each side of the door, boulangeries and old the historic sites in a short walking distance Nothing. I’m already planning on coming back

Good location, good size rooms, comfortable bed. Hadn’t been cleaned properly if at all. thick visible dust in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Dirty un vaccumed rug in lounge. No full length mirror. Teabags but no coffee. Broken / missing toilet flush. Filthy toilet roll holder and loo brush. Told the ladies that changed towels about the dust but it was still not cleaned. No outside seating area.

Quiet street just out of the center but easily walkable. This isn’t a dislike but it is important to know that there is no elevator and there are no ground floor rooms so if you have heavy bags this may not be the right place
-
The apartment is big There is a kitchen and a washing machine 3rd floor no elevator No essentials for kitchen in case you want to prepare something so not practical for only few days No staff on site so if you need something you did not specifically asked for at booking time you won t have assistance The explanations are not very clear There is a parking mentioned at booking and you got directions on the map but it is not a parking connected to the property but a paying parking and it was not specified There is another one further and free But a lot of guess for holiday The towels not very soft

Great location and very comfortable bed. Parking was fairly difficult.

Location was excellent -- right in Saint-Emilion. Didn't realize that I would be getting a WhatsApp message with the door entry information, so I had to call. No problem reaching the host. Also, I thought that breakfast was included. There was a full kitchen, however. There was also a washing machines (for clothes), but no laundry detergent (and of course, no dryer).

I cannot praise Les Logis du Roy enough. We stayed here for a family wedding later. We had two suites for five of us. When we arrived the rooms were being prepared but we were to leave our luggage behind the desk and go to meet the rest of our family. Both suites had a sitting room , bedroom, & bathroom. One of the suites had a sofa bed. Both fridges had cheese & ham & orange juice for us and fresh bread & croissants were delivered each morning promptly at 8.00am It is an old building with great charm & character. I found Pierre extremely helpful especially when we decided to stay an extra night! It’s right in the centre of St-Emilion & I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in. It was perfect in every way !

Pierre was very communicative and thorough with directions etc. The place is wonderfully located. Comfortable bed and bath. My husband wanted to have a curtain on the kitchen window!

Location Comfortable bed Advertised items just not there. Air conditioner remote removed from room due to season. No coffee or tea bags to use the coffee maker. Tv initially not tuned in so I did it to get channels. Mould around room and broken roof cover to make the room dark
