Beautiful location, staff was attentive There was a problem with our reservation being a night short. We had booked the largest suite and were moved for our last night to a normal suite. It was nice, but not what we had booked. Upon checkout it took some discussion to get the bill adjusted to the small suite we had to move to for one night.

Everything here was perfect (of course, it should be for the price)! The staff was exceptional in every way, the breakfast perfect (the best we had during our 3.5 week stay in France). We had a rental car which needed to be parked every day on our return, the hotel staff made it seamless for us. Our room was divine! The location is just absolutely perfect for exploring the village. There are plenty of excellent dining choices beyond the hotel's Michelin rated restaurant. We had to leave very early on our checkout day and staff had our car in the parking area the night before and even offered us breakfast and coffee for the road before we left. There is nothing we didn't like here. Everything was perfect!

By internet Everything was amazing. The staff incredibly accommodating. The chef is an artist ! We were a group of 9 people and we had a chefs table experience with 11 courses! Sublimed!

We loved the wine tour and being in the heart of Saint Emillion. Staff was helpful and friendly Price was high for the small room. We really enjoyed the suites on the last day we stayed there.

This is a wonderful accommodation. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is excellent. They helped me with everything and organised a great excursion for our whole group in the area. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would love to return! Everything was good here and I cannot mention anything negative.
