The hotel Au logis des Remparts sits in the heart of the medieval city of Saint-Emilion. It has a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, and air-conditioned accommodations. Location, location, location I loved everything about the property. I had to buy it and live here.

Beautiful old building in a great central location in Saint Emilion. Also it has it's own parking. Breakfast was quite expensive.

This hotel is the perfect location! You could walk easily throughout the entire village…close to all the restaurants…do not think twice on booking this hotel…the charm of the village is incredible…it is nice to stay in town especially in the evening when are the day tours have left the village Nothing

no shower curtain, broken shelve in Bathroom, not enough shampoo and soap for 2 persons, wall outlets barely able to hold european plugs. Overall ok, but had expected much more from this high cost hotel

Great location in centre of St Emilion with good view over garden and vineyard from our room at the back. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Helpful staff. Very difficult narrow sloping entrance to car parking at back of hotel. Cornflakes the only cereal available for breakfast some muesli would have been nice also some fruit salad and/or nuts dried fruit.

Location was great. Beautiful garden and setting. Comfortable bed. Charming and helpful staff. The bathroom was in need of an update. No shower unit in our room, just a hand held shower spray over a very small bath.

Juliana at the desk was outstanding! And breakfast staff also welcoming! The room was a bit small. It rained so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space ( clearly this is no one’s fault). The internet wifi was poor.
