Friendly and helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, good breakfast, good location.

Room was nice, appreciate the breakfast and kickback. Wouldve liked more variety in the hot breakfast, but it was reasonable.

I would stay here in the future and would recommend to others.

When I arrived the women working behind the front desk refused to honor my reservation be called the police to escort me out. When I asked for the reason they refused to give me a reason. Since I did nothing wrong and my room was already paid for, I'm assuming my looks didn't appeal to them.

The staff was absolutely incredible!! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, courteous, etc. My best hotel experience in a while and I travel a lot.

I really wanted to love this hotel! Hot tub was out of order, which we didnt know until we arrived. It had snowed a day or two prior and the sidewalks and car unloading area were not plowed or shoveled properly and were a hazard. Many places you went in the hotel smelled of marijuana. Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was average at best. The soda and snacks nightly was definately a perk. Not sure if we would return here.

Nice staff just not accommodating on any requests that we had beforehand. Very busy area and not the easiest to get to. The event nearby was also able to use the parking garage so it was busy and hard for us to get into. The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool was cold and cloudy. Had asked for an earlier check in and that wasn’t available and requested a joining room due to children. None available. Had a long walk around. All in all clean and friendly just not what we had in mind for our stay. Thank you

Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!! Snack shop for purchase had a great variety of snacks. Not over done but the perfect amount to get a person through. Due to my work schedule, I sometimes needed something to eat when I arrived back at the hotel late. They carried a personal cheese pizza that was enjoyable and made in the microwave. Also, the free parking was excellent. It's an old historic building but the ramps and parking was great. I felt safe on the parking floor and easy access to the hotel doors. Also, I received a package while staying. They made a note in my profile and was waiting for me at the front desk!
