Wonderful staff and excellent service The gym is small and amenities more of a boutique hotel but nothing to be uncomfortable about

Elegant decor, quiet and nice atmosphere.Beautiful nature. Very delicious food. Helpful staff, always polite. Comfortable rooms.I really enjoyed the cookies the room service on my bed side in the evenings.

Free shuttle to the town. The room, which cost over $2,000 per night, was located in a dark basement and accessed through the neighbor's backyard. It had no windows and the water pipe made constant noises throughout the night. I could also hear all the sounds from the surrounding rooms, including footsteps from the floor above.

Small and quality Food so expensive Bathroom too small Shuttle driver cross and drive too fast. No answer when wanting a return to hotel from town

The property is extremely buggy but beautiful. I think the disconnect was the lack of the small touches you expect at a 5 star hotel. I was really pleased with the welcome dessert but was completely distraught when I woke up to ants crawling all over my bed. The manager provided a minimal discount and moved us to a room of similar quality. The restaurant has phenomenal options for those that eat meat but for non meat eater like myself there hardly any options and the staff was not accommodating. They also didn’t let us that they offered a free shuttle to the city center and instead put us in 50 USD taxis. The wait time was also insane every time ate at the restaurant. We only received turndown service one of the three nights we stayed. I think if you stay here you should just be extremely communicative with the staff.

So, this a beautiful property. The setting is lovely. The staff are great. Truly. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping was top-notch. The internet is spotty/doesn’t work very well - if at all - in some of the rooms. That seems like an easy fix for a 5-star resort. There’s no jacuzzi. Not sure why. Easy addition for a hotel like this. Lastly, the other guests here… they’re all a little stuffy. If you like that, great. But for me, I like a friendlier environment (not the staff, btw… they were nice).

Superior room too small. You can hear the other rooms. For the price we paid, there are better hotels. at 800 euros a night, the least I expect is breakfast included.

- Good location - Modern facilities, well-maintained - Superb mattress - Excellent restaurant - Friendly staff - Inappropriate sound isolation: you will hear it every time your neighbor opens a tab or flushes toilet - Poor room cleaning: there was a spider and its victims behind the curtains - Poor housekeeping organization: there is no “do not disturb” option, we were woken up by knocks on the door suggesting housekeeping at 8.45 am on Sunday - No ability to lock inside creates a feeling of insecurity: twice housekeepers entered when we were there and shouted not to do so It’s a pity that such little things totally destroy impressions of what could have been a luxury hotel.
