It was very luxurious and comfortable. I just prefer if you can open the windows for fresh air but it was all sealed. Aircon either too hot or cold, but we got used to it

The hotel is conveniently located and very nice inside. Good staff, nice amenities. This is the second time ,and sadly probably last, I will book here. Both times the twin bed mattresses were very uncomfortable to me. Extremely firm and the mattress padding was far too thin. I ended up covering the bed with extra pillows to make the bed more reasonable. I’m not a picky sleeper but I’d rather sleep on tatami any day.

The elevators are slow. And during morning and evening busy times, need 5-10 min to go up and down.

Fairly close to train station, water bottles provided daily, staff spoke English. They allowed us to gather on the lobby floor, since room so small. Room was small, we had to wait long to check in and there was only one person at front desk

The best location to/from the bus stop of Haneda Airport limousine bus. Breakfast buffet is must try. Very delicious!!! Sky Spa is great.

The room was very comfy, I loved the pajamas, and the hot pool and steam room on the roof was incredible!! It was the perfect place to stop before heading to Toyama on the Shinkansen, coming from the US.

Everything was great. Most importantly, the staff are more than just polite — they were friendly. It was too bad that the indoor spa wasn’t available during our stay due to filter problems. The dry sauna at the men’s as well.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located near Omiya Train Station. We had a short walk to Saitama Super Arena which was great. Check-out could not have been easier. The bed was comfortable. The photos are quite different to the reality. The hotel is a bit worn out and the room was kind of musty and it was not entirely clean. The walls were scuffed and lounge/sofa needs to be refreshed/replaced. Was disappointed and a bit surprised, especially considering the cost- but perhaps it was more than $320 a night because of the time of year (Oban)…

The policy of the hotel about cleaning the room.. The hotel quest should click on cleaning the room option on TV, but the problem is :you can click the the option after 10 a.m..we are always going out early inthe morning, so we always miss the chance to click the option for cleaning the room. During our stay the room never clean.

Clean, comfortable room. Great location! Quick walk to Omiya station. Lots of dining options in the area and 3 convenience store within a block. The rooftop onsen was amazing! Nothing
