The location was great. However the room was on the ground floor which meant we weren't able to have the window open at night due to loud people talking on the street. Fortunately there was air conditioning. When we got there, they let us into the room, but housekeeping was still working on the room, which was awkward. It was apparent that an incident had occurred in the room, because the housekeeper was sweeping up broken shards of various room decor when we arrived. A lamp had been shattered and ornamental art has a monkey torn off. Also the floor was still dirty. My friend "found" shards of glass in her feet.

Next to all the facilities and it’s secure. You c’ant open the Windows in the bedroom.

Very basic , that's not the probleme but it was not very clean and it was humid. The shower room was dangerous with electricity wire in it...

Nice ideas for decoration. Nice restaurants around Some spots on walls could be renovated but we know that old houses have more humidity spots that the newly built. This in fact isn't a big problem.

Location is good. Good stuff there to make coffee etc. Very clean. I had some issues that were never resolved (e.g. broken lamp in my room that in 5 nights never got replaced), and also the WiFi is not that reliable if you are dependent on it (it works, but the connection fails often, even though when you ask staff they say that Wifi is ok)

Superb location and kind & helpful host. The place is very clean. The place is centrally located, but that comes at a price of the noise from the main street, which we anyways got used to.

The staff was really kind and friendly, the room was clean and there were even some books in german which was very sweet (i had my own with me but the option was lovely) i enjoyed the fan so much! The water pressure was not strong and mostly only cold water available, but I managed since it was very warm anyways :) Not too big of a problem Outside was a lot of noise from construction I guess, I didn‘t sleep so well but I stayed only 2 nights so it wasn‘t so bad

quiet location but close to the busy city center very helpful staff organizing a 1-day excursion pictures look significantly better than real life, maybe taken right after last renovation
