They had a nice beachfront area. The staff was disorganized and didn’t understand English. The worst part was nobody informed us there was no water in the morning, evening and for several hours during the day. It seems like they tried to hide it from us. After 2 days we went to complain and the receptionist showed us a tiny postcard note hidden away at the corner of the reception saying there is no water. Because there was no water we couldn’t wash our hands after going to the bathroom, brush our teeth or shower after the beach. The most disgusting part was the water was never working during the breakfast time, meaning none of the guests at the buffet had washed their hands after going to the bathroom. This stopped us from eating the breakfast the other days. The hotel should have been very clear and put up big signs with what hours there might not be water, and put out hand sanitizer pumps EVERYWHERE. Don’t get surprised if you get sick here.

The hotel is located within 3 minutes from the beach. There are many activities organised during the day/evening. The hotel has its private beach and a swimming pool. Rooms are very big including a kitchen. I am not sure what for as there are no dishes or other related cooking tools. Plus you can opt for all inclusive. We had breakfast included and it was fine, plenty of food. However, we would have liked to taste some local fruits, but they were absent.

Great breakfast … and wonderful beach area. Hotel facilities are good and waiters and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful! Staff at the reception are often very confused about how things work out and how to solve even small questions. It is probably a language barrier, so it is helpful when they use google translate or other apps so we can communicate

How calm it is, super close to the beach. The food, everyday was almost the same.

Reception & buffett Staff was nice DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel is located at the northern edge of Santa Maria, between 2 construction sites. Each morning from 7am there are trash & construction trucks dumping Material just outside the bedrooms. We had no hot water during 3 days. Showers covered in mildew and mold. 1 air conditioning in the living room, facing away from the bedrooms. The bedrooms had a constant temperature avove 30°C. The food (meat) is re-fried and re-used the following day. We got sick from the Restaurant food. No healthy beverage options for Lunch and dinner available, just fake Sodas and bottled tap water, at least there was milk for breakfast. The reception & other staff is nice, but the Management definetely not. This "resort" is clearly seen as a cash cow and does not care about their guests.

The atmosphere was friendly, the staff were very attentive and helpful, and there was always a lot of things going on within the hotel complex. Smoking in the area close to the reservation desk. The lack of variation in the menu. Having to queue up for pancakes.

I like the location I was disappointed with several aspects of the hotel. Despite advertising a private beach, it is actually a five-minute walk from the hotel. The air conditioning was only in the apartment hallway, not in the room, which made no sense. The food was very bad, with the same dishes served every day, both at lunch and dinner, and it was not delicious. Coffee was not included in the drinks, and the bar closed at 11 PM. Towels were changed only every three days. The apartment we were given had no air conditioning in the room, which made it hot and difficult to sleep, especially with the presence of many mosquitoes.

Very warm staff, cleanliness of the rooms. Good food. The nightly events by the hotel's animators were on a high level. The beach towels were very tired.
