Hotel Oasis Belorizonte

This is a relatively fair 4* beach hotel. Decent food, good all-inclusive package. Good conditions at the hotel's beach. We used four different restaurants (included in the package). Meals are ok for the price paid, but don't expect anything spectacular. Good variety at buffets. Staff at restaurants usually helpful. Bech huts are ok, we can see they have been improved since our last stay, definitely not your standard 4*, I would rank them a 3*. But, for a beach experience, they are adequate, no complaints. The wi-fi was appalling. Most of the time we could get decent wifi at the reception only. At the rooms was intermittent, to say the least and poor speed. My son has an important Teams meeting and ask for assistance. Reception staff (which could be better in some cases) wasn't much helpful. Fortunately at the third iteration we were able to speak with a manager who let him use a room with good wifi and the call happened without issues.. Reception staff is mixed, some good, others really not much helpful.

Location being beach front. Staff was very friendly and costumer service very kind. Front desk very helpful! Didn’t stay long enough to see a show, maybe next time. Great place for families and couples!! The complex is getting old! I travels here about 25 years ago, and it seems that somethings stayed in the past! We stayed in room 324 with great internet!!! Bathroom needs work, but not a reason not to stay here. The food in general was good. Pool areas clean and staff always around. The clients as in other resorts, have this thing about keeping the chairs/sunbeds all day to themselves (shame on them) !!!

In almost one word “almost everything” Some bar staff sometimes have a pedantic attitude — and I only drink water and juices — which is the only reason I don't give a 10.

Everything was well organized, a lot of events, the food was delicious and there was a lot of it for every meal. We had 3 dinner reservations in the different restaurants during our stay, and it was quite refreshing to try something new. The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and kind, and that really enhanced the good atmosphere. The rooms were also cleaned every day. We had a nice holiday and rest, everything was already thought of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The resort is very close to the city so it’s very convenient visiting it, during the day or night, since it’s a 5 minutes walk. We initially had booked a comfort bungalow, but we were placed in a room in the main building. It wasn’t bad but an information before we arrived would be nice.

Loved the location. Very close to the city center. The hotel has a very nice beach. Amazing food. I would definitely come back!

Superb

Nice location, very nice beach. A bit overpriced. The checkin process was messy. We had no power in two different occasions, so we couldn’t have dinner in one of the restaurants to use the vouchers we were given ; and we had to pack with no light. The gym had no air conditioning and to access it we had to go out of the resort, next door.

Localization, near the beach and the city center. The pools were fine and the food wasn’t bad. The staff is very kind and professional. The rooms are dated, the hotel needs to be renovated. It is a petty, because the hotel concept (bungalows) it is interesting. We had the misfortune to stay at the same time off the community festival, that occurred just next to the hotel. During two days it was a nightmare. From 11 pm until 9 am, there was so much noise that we couldn’t sleep.

Amazing breakfast, a lot of options, and staff really nice always ready to help with everything we need. The best hotel I have been so far. My flight was late and they offer us a room to have a shower for 30 min at the end of the day. The Wi-Fi was not the best but was really something I can deal quite well ?

Location We were made to pay the full price of a day (all inclusive rate) even though we arrived after 00:00.

Nice and clean pools, very kind staff, good food, beautiful garden with palm trees. I stayed at the comfort bungalow, the furniture is quite old, unimproved, but this is not a big problem, the bathroom was horrible, the bathtub was rusty and the curtain from the bathtub was very dirty, unchanged for more than 3 years. The bathroom gave us the feeling of many microbes, my friend returned with a bacteria.

Nice facilities, good food and very nice people. Pools are very good and also the beach. I choosed to stay in comfort bungaloo and they are very old and the bathroom is the worst I have seen in my live: the bathtub is rusty and yellow, the shower curtain is dirty and extremly old, I was affraid I will take any disease. The wc was moving while sitting, no hairdryer. The pillows were deformed, seems like the pillow is made of stones. The entrance door was pilled off and over it a new layer of paint. Terrible! The view outside the room was nice but is not normal to have rooms like this. Thankfully we stayed 2 days and we only slept in the room and took a very quick shower.

Right on a beautiful beach; food was much better than expected (considering past reviews). Staff was helpful and kind; facilities are a bit outdated but i think they are apropriare considering the cost; it felt like a great place to just relax and not worrying about anything. I kind of agree with the poor quaity of alcohol but hey, if you can have as much as you want and you’re not paying a ridiculous price, I guess you should expect this; even then, we had plenty of cocktails and enjoyed them very much Sometimes the main buffet was overcrowded and people didn’t behave properly, which is surprising considering that there was never a shortage of food. but i guess that says more about the guest than the hotel :)
