Aging décor is well maintained. Great value for money. I’ve been traveling to Salamanca for many years and this place feels like traveling back in time several decades. The staff are friendly and the place is no-frills, but bright and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We’ll be back. Other guests who have trouble figuring out how to open and lock their doors and make a lot of noise in the corridor, but this was sporadic and brief.

Older but cozy and comfortable room. Easy walk to the train station. Staff were nice and room was clean.

We were charged 9 Euros for breakfast on our last day. We only had a hot tea. It was not made clear that we had to pay for breakfast. Being charged 9 Euros for breakfast

Very friendly staff when we arrived, helped us with parking, restaurant recommendations (that were fantastic) and orientation to Salamanca. Very convenient location, just a short walk to the Plaza Mayor. Air conditioning wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure it out but was late before we noticed. Beds were very firm. Rooms are a little tired but clean. All in all a good value in a beautiful city.

Everything was very comfortable, helpful and courteous.

Great location, close to train station and city center.
-
noisy rooms, also, we needed to leave at 6 am and the elevators were closed at that time so we had to bring down our large and heavy suitcases through the stairs.

Close to train station. Smells like mold. Then staff uses the most aggressive smelling cleaning supplies they can find. Hotels smells gross at all times. Walls are thin, beds are cheap. Left after two nights of a 5 night stay. Check out on the 3rd night as I needed a place to store luggage during a move. Asked for a refund for final 2 nights. Hotel said go through booking, which I did. Hotel then rejected booking.com refund while booking.com also pretends to hold no responsibility. Hotel didn’t have decency to message me back after I asked again for a refund. Never ceases to amaze how businesses are happy to take money but never have any interest in dealing fairly to provide services. In the interest of honesty, my reservation was non-refundable but I have had plenty of instances where businesses/reasonable people were willing to look past that. Some people are just made different. Best of luck with your cheap business.

Just one small soap and no other cleaning or shower gels. The hydromassage bath didn't work.

Great hotel and staff at affordable prices. Make sure to contact them if you get there after 10:30pm as there is no overnight reception.

Parking was on a busy street

I selected this hotel due to its location near the train station. It was about a 4 block walk but that was OK, very easy for me. I had horrible rainy, windy weather, so the walk might have been better. Walking into town from the hotel was about 3 blocks to the edge of the pedestrian area which is a huge area. This hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. My single room was clean and although this hotel is older, the decor was very nice. Plenty of space for a suitcase, although I just had carryon; nice place to hang clothes, and the shower was pretty large. Across the street are two small groceries and a pharmacy is close to the pedestrian areas. I would definitely stay here again in Salamanca. Nothing. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is run by a family. This shows in the care and attention they give visitors. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was a little old fashioned and could be modernised with some small changes.

Christian was especially welcoming and helpful. Hotel very close to train station. Excellent little restaurant Lola right across the street. Room clean and comfortable. What more can anyone want? Nothing

Clean, comfortable and all the basics you need for a good nights sleep. A little noisy in the hallways in the morning. Quite basic breakfast.
