decent room, with quite good location I expected a person in reception, instead we got info where to call. This would work just fine for people with eu phones, if you don't have eu sim card you will have trouble arranging what you need. There was a very kind man there in the evening that helped us with the air conditioning. A bit run down but clean... There was no elevator...

The location was ok. the place looked clean No person at the front desk, mention amenities that i could not find and the bed was not very good. Fine for a night to sleep and leave would not hang in the room.

The next room are too noisy we can hear everything and they were drinking.haven't sleep at all.

Location is not too far from the city center (about 10 minutes walk). Room and amenities were fine. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to carry it up to your room. About 20 minutes walk from the train station so taxi might be better if you have a big luggage.

We found the service excellent. The location allowed us to walk to the historic center. The room was comfortable and well heated. There is no elevator, only a lift for luggage. The bathroom had a bathtub with a jacuzzi but there was no plug so it could not be used.

Good location My room was much smaller than the one(s) on booking.com pictures. And if you plan on asking them to hold your luggage after check-out, make sure your train leaves by 2pm—because nobody will retrieve your bags a minute after that.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that helped us with a free parking spot and who made sure we had adjoining rooms for the children. Location is only 15 minute walk from the old city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom was a bit outdated and could need some renovation.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. They went to great trouble to retrieve a tee-shirt that mistakenly went into the laundry Small window in our room onto the courtyard, but we were out all day anyway, so it didn't matter.

Checked in very late but staff was checking on me constantly that I could enter the building, find the keys and everything was alright. Has a good location and just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from city center
