Excellent location Stinky bathroom plumbing makes the stay almost unbearable

I liked everything. The location in Rua Mayor 20 is superb as it is near the centre of all attractions. I liked everything.

Cute little hostel. Very good location within walking distance to the main plaza. Hot shower, clean rooms. Our room was excessively warm and couldn’t be controlled well because it was radiant heat. We had to open a window.

Clean and private bathroom Tooooo hot! Such a strange temperature that wasn't adjustable and we couldn't change it! Until morning the windows were open in DECEMBER!

The price Very impersonal. Everything was done by mobile devise, not sure what we as a society are coming to, absolutely no human communication. No signs on the bathroom door indicating its a bathroom One toilet for 10 persons !!??? Toilet / shower in one room One of the reasons people travel is to communicate and interact with the local citizens

Lovely stay

Wasted two hours trying to check in! Could not pay by their app not working! Contacted their rep in Barcelona as nobody on site. Finally told to walk to another hotel to pay before gaining access. Stupid system of paying by app, then getting access codes on phone, number pads on doors, key card for doors! Far too complicated when cell or wifi is poor! Staff incompetent and slow returning calls! Beds too soft, room cold and noisy! A nightmare day and night???

Excellent location, quick help via phone when asking about lack of heat. Matrace is not really comfortable

The room is clean, beautiful and really in the center of the city. The cleaning service was perfect. Our window was to the courtyard, so it was a calm place. The furniture is good and stylish. It would be nice to have at least one shelf in the bathroom. There is no table. And also the bed was too soft for two, so I was always sliding towards my husband. And the advertised sound isolation isn't the best.

This is my second time staying there, its on the centeral location. Rooms are literally looks like the way it is on the photos. So clean, so cozy. I didn’t like the smell of bathroom, but its not a big problem as long as you keep door close. And there was no hairdryer for after shower.

The location was phenomenal, two steps from the main drag, a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the cathedral. I liked that there was no staff, which made the stay feel more private/independent. Everything was clean. I had a "private room," which was actually a room with two sets of bunk beds (a normal hostel dorm room) except I was the only person staying there--a little weird, but it worked just fine. The system of keys was a bit onerous. I had a "private exterior bathroom," so a private bathroom that was accessed through the hallway, and I had to unlock it and lock it with keys every time, which was kind of cumbersome. Note to management: the shower on the floor where rooms 11/12/13 are leaks a lot from the bottom onto the floor.

Well situated in the heart of old Salamanca No breakfast provided. This facility appears to be primarily for students, with no staff presence aside from cleaning personnel. While the beds are comfortable, the overall atmosphere feels informal. Acoustic insulation is poor, so if you plan to get up early, consider bringing earplugs, as neighbouring rooms are likely to host students enjoying late nights.
