Parking price too expensive. Guest should be able to park for free. Bedside lams were both stained. They need to be cleaned or replaced.

The hotel was beautiful! We also liked the fact that we could park our car right in the same building. N/A

Incredible location, super easy parking since I'd read the reviews and called ahead to get the exact location of the garage, and unexpectedly the garage is directly connected to the hotel by elevator. Friendly staff and a basic but comfortable room. Our room key cards never worked more than once. Every single time we left the room we had to get new cards at the front desk after getting to our room to find out neither of ours worked. We weren't storing the cards near our credit cards or things that might demagnetize them, but in any case they seemed to be a one-time only use. And we weren't the only guests to experience this, as when I was checking in another guest jumped in front understandably annoyed that she had to request a new card for the same reason. They really need to upgrade this as it's quite annoying by the 4th or 5th time you have to do it. Anyway, that was the only real complaint. Would still stay here again because the location, parking availability, and overall value is incredible.

The view of the Cathedral from our room! The hotel is conveniently located next to the cathedral and some of the University buildings. Just a short walk to Plaza Mayor. Close to many restaurants and shops. Excellent service. Good value as well Not much. The breakfast room could be better designed.

Amazing location, friendly staff, great room and view. Best breakfast of our 4 week trip through Spain….easily exceeds the Parador’s.

The location was excellent, opposite the cathedral. The facilities - lobby, room and breakfast area - were first rate! Parking was in a secure underground garage with direct access to the hotel. Access to the garage is off an alley. I called ahead and was given the street address for entrance to the garage. Everything was great!

Stains on our bed and when we asked for clean ones they gave us another set that also had stains. We asked if we could sit in the lobby and have a drink and eat a snack and the desk attendant said it was " not possible".

Beautiful building in excellent location. The security box! I could never make it work. Like in the 3 other Serco hotels I have used this trip.

Great location, cheerful and helpful staff.

The pet policy was NOT clear or previously made public or in any way made known to me. I traveled with my partner and our small dog and, upon arrival, the receptionist told me it was absolutely forbidden to leave our dog alone in the room, thus making it impossible for us to go to dinner at any decent restaurant. It was freezing cold and we could not eat outside and no restaurant allows pets inside. Our getaway was completely ruined as a consequence of the lack of policy publicity. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you travel with a pet.
