This was our second time staying here and both times the property was clean and well managed.

Seul bémol le mobilier de chambre. Basic et pas de chaises ou canapé pour s'asseoir. Nous étions 4 avec 2 lits. Parking intérieur dans cet hôtel moyennant 30$ USD

We stayed for 6 nights. We loved the location and the beds were comfy. The rooms were clean and quiet but that’s where the good ends. We couldn’t parking in the underground parking because my truck wouldn’t fit (We had no idea prior to arriving). It has a 6 ft max height so if you have anything on top of vehicle it won’t fit. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door type and did not close meaning there were gaps between door frame and door. No bathroom fan so very humid after showers amongst other reasons for a fan. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that and we didn’t use the pool.

Staff: friendly. Except for the annoyed one. Breakfast: good. It was included so just your basic eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, toast etc. Parking: parking structure is attached. $30 for the one night stay and convenient. Proximity: fantastic! You can walk to everything in Salem. Just a 5-10 minute walk! This was worth it! Note:They also had a water filling station. Would stay again despite the hated barn door on the bathroom.

The room was okay. The location was a bit unusual and the parking area is tight and the only available at $45 per day.

I wish parking at the hotel was free since you are already paying for the stay. Overall great hotel and very friendly staff.

Great location, could walk to everything

At check in I was informed that they did not have a double queen room that I booked. Instead the put us in a king room. I was told for the inconvenience they were going to comp my parking. I checked on Sunday afternoon and was again told the same thing. Than Monday at checkout they charged me and I had to argue with the manager for about 30 minutes before being compensated for their error. The staff at checkout was rude and not helpful. We also informwd the manager that a ring was taken from my daughters cosmetic bag. They were not helpful and appeared to not care that this ring was missing.

Very good

Location is excellent for walking everywhere. Breakfast was very disappointing and smelled bad. Pool was very cold the day we arrived. Couldn't stay in the water. Better the next day.

Great location!

Third shift staff was able to locate my missing husband for me. Breakfast attendants were stellar and very helpful also! We had shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower but they were empty. There was hair in the shower also that was not ours since it was very evident when we walked into the room Asking front desk questions at check in and were stared at like we had three heads, same staff when leaving and when we went to thank them for our stay they acted a bit less than friendly. All other staff seemed nice though.

This is a great location for visiting Salem. It is in walking distance to the waterfront and all the major sites. We also used this as our main base for visiting Rockport, Gloucester and Marblehead. While the location was main selling point, the front desk staff was very friendly and had great suggestions for local restaurants. We would return to this hotel.

The rooms were fine for the most part. My biggest concern was the obvious presence of mold in the ac unit. And this is not a big deal but since when did they stop providing a small notebook and pen. I needed to go down to the front desk and there wasn’t even any up front. The woman at the front desk was nice enough to let me borrow her personal pen and bring it back. And on top of that the hotel parking is $35 dollars a day even though it is apart of the hotel…
