Staff very friendly, breakfast delicious and healthy! We really enjoyed the stay, all very clean and suitable. The only thing is I would improve the beds the mattress is very thin and it sounds a bit, not an issue but something to be better at.

Only thing that was odd was one room didn't have any windows. It wasn't an issue for us since we were only using the hotel as a landing spot. Also it was a little out of the way from restaurants - we took a cab to find something to eat, and we walked back after dinner.

The apartment’s location is excellent, very convenient, close to both the train station and the port, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was acceptable, but mostly consisted of sweet options and didn’t really match a more balanced or savory breakfast style. Overall, good location and decent stay, but several comfort issues hold it back from a higher rating. The bathroom was a major downside. The shower had very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, often switching or stuck on hot, which made it uncomfortable to use. Noise can also be an issue, especially from the street and passing trains, so light sleepers should be aware of that.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is approximately 8 to 10 minutes walk. The location is just a short walk to the Concordia Pier to take a ferry to Capri or an excursion to Positano or Amalfi. Staying in Salerno was an easy access to Capri and Pompeii. The morning breakfast included croissants, pastries, cereal, hard boiled egg,, juice and coffee. It was served on a nice rooftop terrace. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The hotel is on the second floor. However, the steps were easily managed.

Decent place. The management had no one there and tried sending directions via whatsapp. They sent 3 videos and I missed the one about where the key box was. Why they felt the need to send 3 videos when all I needed was the one I missed? I was on a ferry at the time. Anyway I got to where the place was after walking 2.5km with luggage. And saw a lighted keypad at the door so I figured this must be the keypad. Entered the number and it didn't work. I was so tired. I called the management but no one answered. I saw a mailbox and jingled it and some keys fell out so I figured this must be my keys. I went in the room and fell asleep. Turned out the next day that was keys for another customer. Not a good system. No other concerns. The manager did call and was nice enough about it. 2.5 km from ferry. And downtown where train comes in.

The location was great. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The WiFi was great The shower was very small, the toilet leaked, and bed was a worn and we slept in a hole due to the worn mattress.

Staff. Really hard to find. Too many stairs.

The hotel is walking distance to the ocean, old town, restaurants, and train station. We loved the breakfast-it was delicious and well-balanced with options of dairy, protein, fruit, and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean Loud inside room from the office.

Very friendly and kind. Awesome people. They go above and beyond to make your stay an exceptional experience. We broke both screens on our phones, and the staff went out of their way to drive us to a phone store to have them fixed the same day. We will definitely stay with them again when we go back to Salerno. Booked one night, and then stayed for four nights. ??

The owner was very helpful and always treated us with coffee.

Really liked the decor and the artwork and the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. Also appreciated the convenient location - it was easy to walk to and from the train station and the historic city center, the promenade along the ocean and numerous restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, and there was a pleasant outdoor terrace off the breakfast area. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the shower head didn't seem to work - could only get the hand held nozzle to work. Unfortunately we didn't try the shower until late on our last day so we weren't able to let the staff know until we checked out the next morning. Also, the entryway and stairway up to the hotel smelled very musty, even with a scented candle burning. Our room did not smell musty.

Everything was very good, the staff was very helpful.

Location was what they promised. The sink did not work, the shower handle did not work and you would lose all hot water at times while showering, then it would come back, the glasses were dirty and the coffee craft was filthy, no breakfast other than a few items in the fridge. Which is fine but does not constitute a “bed and breakfast” in my world.

The hosts were fantastic. Check in was easy. We walked from the central train station, which took about 8 minutes. There are multiple restaurants just outside but you can walk to just about anywhere along the water within 20 minutes. The roof top patio was private and we spent a lot of time just sitting outside and enjoying some wine. The room was adorable, but if you are over 6' you may want another room since the ceilings were kinda low. All in all a fantastic experience.

My trip was for business, as it often is. The Booking.com listing mentioned good Wi-Fi, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. With download speeds of 6.49 Mbps and upload speeds of 1.31 Mbps, I could barely connect my phone and was never able to connect my laptop. I had online meetings that couldn't be held in a noisy public place, and I had to reschedule everything and change my work plans for the day. I ended up completing writing tasks by hand in my notebook to avoid losing the entire business day. If your Wi-Fi isn’t reliable, you need to be transparent about it. Since my trip was only one day and the booking was made weeks in advance, changing accommodations or filing a complaint wasn’t a viable option.
