Location was great and host was helpful and friendly Minimal amenities - very thin sheets and towels, small bars of soap, and only shampoo provided.

Friendly, helpful staff/owner, delicious breakfast, central location. Toom was airy and bright and we had several floor to ceiling windows. Early morning Wednesday is trash pickup day so be sure to close windows in your room because nobody can sleep through that noise.

The mini fridge was not cleaned and not full, only one spritz and waters Not enough toiletries.

Great location and super friendly hosts! Very very attentive and helpful! Our room was calm and comfortable. Carmine was super friendly. I would recommend to anyone! If you are coming by car, make sure you book the parking as parking in the city is close to impossible.

Door locks were difficult to use

I liked the location, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. Very convenient and very comfortable.

Very good location close to everything you need to see and do in the city and ferry and the room was super clean and equipped with everything you need and the host was very very helpful

Location was excellent bathroom was small, but it wasn't a problem.

Booking.com ad said laundry available for extra charge but really meant walk to laundromat. Also didn't like step between room and bathroom

We booked twin beds the day of and the owner told us they couldn’t do accommodate it even though it said it on the website. They said they would cancel the reservation and we wouldn’t have to pay for it yet. I’m stuck paying for it. I couldn’t tell you about the accommodations because we never went there and the owner is a liar. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Location was good, breakfast was great, Carmine was very attentive and helpful. Street noise was very loud at night, lighting in the rooms was very bright, could have used another side table by the bed.

The hotel is good! We enjoyed the breakfast, the room was big and had a comfortable bed. The boy who served us was kind. Unfortunately, our room had problems with the water in the shower. The night we arrived, we waited about 10/15 minutes for the water to heat up and it didn't, so we had to take a cold shower. The next day, the shower heated up, but only for 5 minutes, then it went cold again. Apart from this, the hotel is good!

We found Il Reticolo very clean and well located. It was close to the train station and many bars and restaurants, but on a quiet street off the main drag. Our host, Carmine, gave us maps and good information for sightseeing and dining. I would recommend staying here

A great location, only a few minutes away from the station and the promenade. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Modern feel decoration with spaces and comfortable facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner. It would be better to have a staff at reception to have us check in during check in time period. Our UK mobile network didn’t have internet connection, we can’t receive any information from the owner about self check in steps and code. It’s so frustration experience.
