Housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. The front desk needs help. Both times we’ve stayed there, the front desk staff has been terrible.

The staff was great, some covered parking available. The suite was quite a letdown, the kitchenette was a mini fridge and microwave, the bed and pillows were complete garbage. Breakfast was nothing to be desired.

the room was listed as '2 bedroom suite" and was just a large room with a counter down the center and had no privacy for each of the sides. one side set up like a living room with loveseat and two chairs. the other had 2 queen beds. The hotel is dated and needs upgrades. staff is friendly and helpful and we were there for only one night this time so it was short lived. and my compadre was not impressed with the breakfast choices. I couldn't eat because of surgery so I have no opinion of that.

A pleasant facility with a friendly staff and close to dining options It was a little hard to get into from a busy street but not so much to keep us from staying there again.

Now for the bathroom: There was not an exhaust fan, so the moisture from the shower accumulated on the mirror and in the air. The handles on the shower's sliding doors had been replaced and were placed at a height appropriate for a 4 foot tall adult. The inside of the shower was outdated and badly in need of updating. On the bright side, the breakfast was plentiful. Warm foods were warm, cold foods were cold -- that's a good thing. Variety was very good. Staff kept all items replenished and fresh. Free parking in at a hotel in Salt Lake City is a big bonus. There was substantial parking available and at no cost. Overall, the facility was adequate but not up to Hilton standards.

The hotel was in a great location and it was clean. The staff could have been a bit friendlier but all in all it was a great stay.

Nice clean location near the university. Over all staff was friendly, the room was great and the parking convenient.
