Great location, close to city. Breakfast was plenty and good. Room was ok, clean. nice yard, small pool and ping pong! the personal was nice and helpful, but understaffed and often absent. The room could have used a fan and better lighting.

The hotel was lovely and picturesque, and the breakfast was nice. But the best surprise was the pools, both outside and inside, and the patio. It was very beautiful and gave us some lovely moments with our kids. I don't have any serious complaints.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. This is a small, family-run hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with super-cute, quirky decor. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a bus line a short walk away to get into Salzburg. The breakfast was good, with eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, meats, fancy coffee, juice, and lots of bread options. My adult daughter went for several runs, and the neighborhood was perfect for that, nice and safe. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, so it does take time to get there by bus. While there are a couple of local restaurants (one of which only accepts cash in Euros rather than credit cards), the neighborhood doesn't offer much in the way of food options or night life (which didn't really matter to us, but might matter to some people). The chairs in the room were a bit saggy.

Great hotel in Salzburg. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple the best. It is very easy to take the bus in town. The hotel offers you free tickets for the rides during your stay. there was nothing which could be better

Such a welcoming wonderful stay for my entire family. The pool was an added bonus, and the breakfast every morning was exceptional. Will be returning next year for my 30th wedding anniversary. No complaints at all.

Customer service was excellent. We had to check out early the next day and the staff prepared breakfast to-go for us. We are truly truly appreciative. TV in the family room was at a weird angle. But it was not a deal breaker.

The property was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The family managing the property provided an excellent service to their guests.

Very friendly and attentive Host who manages the Hotel with his two twin Sisters. The sauna took almost 45 minutes to reach 65 degree Celsius

Hosting the pets and having a bad smell

Check in went smoothly, the check-in staff was very helpful with instructions for the bus in to town and recommendations for restaurants nearby. They were also happy to tell us about the history of the hotel. (built in 1100) We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Although remote - has very nice medivsl charm and lots of facilities like a gym and indoor and outdoor pool.They provide free coupons to use the bus - and it’s very convenient.

A great location with easy transportation.

Wonderful location outside the heart of Salzburg run by a family for several generations. Rooms are comfortable but know there is no in-room refrigerator. Hotel provided passes for the public transportation which was wonderful! The indoor pool was lovely after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And the restaurant around the corner was amazing! We ate there 3 nights in a row which is something we never do. Austrian food with a varied menu, cheerful staff and reasonable prices.

No A/C on rooms

This was the best B&B I've ever stayed at. The staff is extremely kind and personable. The location is excellent - its worth staying outside of Salzburg for the views. Can take bus into Salzburg - picks up only 4 min away from hotel. My mom and I rented bikes and had the most incredible time. Will 10000% stay here again in the future. nothing, it was incredible!

The charming character and beautiful outdoor space were so amazing! The employees were all very friendly and accommodating. The pillows were not ideal, but I bet if we had asked for extras they would have provided some!

I wanted a hotel with retro charm that was family-run and offered wellness facilities, and that's exactly what I got: a rustic atmosphere, staff who really go out of their way to make you feel at home, peace and quiet, and an excellent breakfast. ---
