A very comfortable modern room with a beautiful view of the mountains!

My room had the view of the mountains!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was organized, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the European receptionist at the hotel — the calculations and billing were handled very accurately and transparently, without any mistakes. This gave us a great sense of trust and comfort during our stay. Highly recommended.

Depending on your needs, the location may be a bit far from the city center, but the public transportation network is accessible in front of the hotel and is very efficient. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The staff at check-in was friendly and professional. The room itself was comfortable, and hypoallergenic bedding was provided as requested, which I appreciated. The night staff during my stay was unprofessional and communication was difficult. Although the Booking.com description stated that the room includes a telephone and wake-up service, I was told this was not available because I had been upgraded to a different type of room. This upgrade was not agreed nor communicated in advance. The upgraded room also had a coffee machine but no capsules provided. When I asked about this, the interaction felt uncomfortable rather than helpful. Additionally, the pet fee mentioned by Booking.com is 10 EUR and when I got there I was announced that it's actually 25 EUR. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Not much here to like. The front desk was pleasant and attempted to be as accommodating as possible under the quite dreadful circumstances. Convenient local bus stop quite closeby. Breakfast was OK. The A/C failed to work. We were switched to THREE different rooms, without improvement. The hotel is still under construction. (Think dust, and inadequate infrastructure.) We learned the morning after that there was a significant water leak from the bathroom of the room above into one of the rooms to which we were assigned (but very thankfully left). There are motion controlled lights in the room which are IMpossible to deactivate. Meaning that when someone rises during the night, it is not possible to do so without likely disturbing all the other guests in the room. The empty liquor bottle in the stairway remained there throughout our stay. And there were empty soda bottles on the elevator floors. Finally, the refrigerator in our last room also did not work. All in all a hotel to definitely avoid!

The size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel. The free car parking under hotel was great. Was a hot night and there was no air conditioning or fans. There was no eggs or bacon, or any hot food for breakfast.
