The hotel has a great location. The internet never worked the entire time we were there, we were assured each day they would have it back up and running. The thermostat controls in the room simply do not work. Even though the room did have AC, it was not cool enough which led to hot, sleepless nights. I turned the thermostat to the lowest setting which didn't make it colder. The next day when I left the room, I turned the thermostat all the way to its warmest setting - the temperature was the same when I got back to the room. For the price we paid, there are much better options.

Location and breakfast was very good. The cleaning staff touched my belongings inside my suitcase.. The bed was uncomfortable. Shower was very small.

Style+ Simon easily best concierge in Europe. I have been travelling in Europe for more than 60 years and he is polite, respectful and knowledgeable! Nil

The location was perfect to access the city as a pedestrian. Our room had a balcony facing the river and fortress. The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating. This hotel was beyond our expectations when we arrived. N/A

Only the location was good Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The hotel is significantly overrated for the price and reputation. I specifically booked a river-view room, but the view was largely blocked by trees, making it impossible to properly enjoy the river as advertised. When I raised this issue, the response from the hotel staff lacked seriousness and genuine effort to resolve the problem. In addition, housekeeping standards were disappointing and did not reflect what I would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, the service, attention to guest concerns, and room experience fell well below expectations. I would not choose to stay here again. ★★☆☆☆
