Beautiful and clean rooms! Love the location with everything close by and walking distance! Sebastian, the receptionist , was very helpful and friendly and helpful!

Expensive. We explicitly mentioned in the message we have 2 kids and we are ok to adjust on the day of booking.They never rejected. On the day when we arrived they mentioned they did not see the message and collected additional 40 euros. Seems to me not honest. I believe they did this to collect additional money

We had a nice stay at the Atrium Hotel. I am very grateful for the staff members. They were very helpful, and that helped us with our logistical issues. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is very close to the main train station.

The check-in process was disappointing. I missed the message asking me to complete the online check-in a few days in advance because I had dozens of hotel bookings during my trip, so it was difficult to keep track of all the messages. I completed the check-in when I arrived, and I was told that an automatic email with the access information would be sent. However, I never received it. I waited for about 40 minutes while trying to contact the hotel. Eventually, I managed to reach the correct phone number, and they provided me with the information I needed. I recommend updating the contact phone number to reflect the current situation and making it easier for guests to receive assistance promptly if they need it. Also the hair dryer was not working, but this is not such a big issue.

Simple hotel with a comfortable bed, and sufficient amenities 4 flights of stairs to my room! But im young and capable so it wasnt that bad.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable, plus great location and staff There’s no elevator , you need to carry your bags

Self-check-in Overall good and reasonable price. The walls are a little thin, could hear the noise from outside and from hallway. A fridge in the room would have been useful. Single room is small, but for a short stay, I cannot complain.

It is not a good hotel. I like nothing

Great location for us, the room was cozy, and all was very clean. The two ladies who welcomed us at the reception were very kind, welcoming, and hospitable.

The room itself though large looked a bit outdated, fresh paint job would have been appreciated

Location, clean rooms, staff Pillows and the mattress are very uncomfortable. For the toiletries all you get is liquid soap.

The location of he hotel is excellent close to the train station, busses, and all the old town activities. The manager is very proactive in the communication and keeping in touch prior the check in. The hotel is old, and has no elevator and multiple floors which was not a problem for us. But the old carpet and furniture with very uncomfortable mattress and pillows was not pleasant. The carpet smelled musty and moldy and one corner of the room smelled like old urine. We had a room reserved for 3 people with a third person sleeping on the futon couch on the floor. The couch was also super uncomfortable. The hotel is trying to present it self in the unique and antique like way but lucking a comfort and cleanness ruins it. I would not stay there again. It’s overpriced for why you get in return.
