Easy access to tram and trains. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean with a nice cafe on first floor, easy luggage storage for early arrivals. Difficulty contacting the management. No manager on site.

It wasn't clear from the add how little support there was. If we'd had any issues with our room code, we would have been stuck because there's no staff available at the times when you can check in. There's a number to call, but if you don't have calling in Europe, you're in trouble. Also, the area wasn't as nice as advertised. It was farther from the old city than it looked and there wasn't much around it. It's also close to the hospital so you hear lots of ambulance noise. Really we just used it as a place to sleep. Finally, the breakfast is not worth the price. You can get better at a cafe.

I thought I had paid for breakfast to be included in my booking, but it was a surprise when I found out that was not true.

I found breakfast a little limited and some bread was not fresh. The hotel is situated on a very noisy street, if you like silence it is not your choice.

I booked 3 nights for two adults and one child, room was prepared for 2 adults only. I had to cancel the remaining 2 nights.

Clean hotel, easy access was nice. The room was a good size and it was comfortable. The location wasn't great but it was good for the price. You can take public transportation to get to the old town from there and the train station isn't too far.

The property was really pretty and clean. That the bathroom was in separate parts of the room.

The hotel rooms do indeed look like the pictures. The Piano theme is cute and fun, but not necessarily practical in a room layout. The room was clean and hotel facilities also clean. Because everything is self check in, we did not see anyone at all that worked for the hotel and only saw one other couple in the facility the entire time we were there. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, they had tea and coffee and a kettle in the room, which was nice. We did not use the courtyard area as it was not great weather when we were there, but it looked nice. You could walk to hold town from the hotel along the bank of the river, which is nice. It is about a 20-25 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station in about 15 minutes. There are a couple of buses that you can take to either get to old town or the train station if you are not a bit walker. Okay place to stay for a night or two, but personally I'd look to say across the river closer to the pedestrian area where there was a bit more life and activity. The location of the hotel is on a main road, which while the rooms had double pained windows, and you could not really hear the street, it not very pretty. The area seemed a bit shabby and did not have much character or shops and restaurants to explore. While the check in with the key code does make things easy, there is no personal touch or interaction with anyone.

It was situated beautifully to walk into the old city, yet be away from all the action.

Location was perfect and very close to bus, many food options and other amenities. Clean and cozy room, tasty breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect. Easy walk from train station and easy comfortable walks around Old Town. Great breakfast.

The room was quite small for 3 pax. Self check-in was comfortable. They have luggage storage and lounge if you arrive early. Host was attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect and easy access to public transports, stores and restaurants. Parking was quite far from the hotel.

First time in a boutique hotel…very cool & impressive. The location was great, the hotel was quiet, the cafe was yummy, & the staff was super. Would return tomorrow.?

Place is bit far from station and old town. No coffee option as well from the complimentary set

It is an automated hotel. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. Altsdadt also easily reachable by bus. The morning buffet is good. Sink in the bedroom. No sink in toilette.

Hard when going there with large luggage as there is no place even for a quick drop-off.
