The location is excellent. The staff was helpful. A mini fridge was arranged for a petty fee. The stay was not at all comfortable. The AC was not effective even with the help of a fan.

perfect location next to HBF, with walk distance to the city center, quite nice room, comfortable, fabulous breakfast we are not informed that housekeeping is not automatic, shall by request the day before

The combination of central location, descent cost and welcoming atmosphere make Cocoon an ideal place for business or leisure stays. If I summarized Cocoon in one word it would be “welcoming.” Even if you don’t clean the room every day unless requested, you could empty the trash every day

Well organized, my room had two large windows including the shower which was a plus, there was good a/c, the staff is friendly. Good breakfast with efficient and friendly staff. Housekeeping only on request but was efficient. No fridge in the room. Slow elevators prone to queues in peak time. Rooms are small plus a good corner is taken by the coocoon swing which I understand it's part of the hotel concept, so it's not good for a long stay but for 3 days we managed.

Breakfast wasn’t included and was expensive to pay extra for Staff were quite brusque and check in wasn’t v friendly. Didn’t like not having free tea/coffee.

Fabulous hotel with plenty of character- even the teenagers loved the little touches, like swinging chairs in the bedrooms and the forest sounds in the corridors. The views from the bedrooms of the surrounding mountains were a bonus.

Location great, right next to main railway station and bus terminal making it easy to get around the city. AC very poor, it was 33 deg C when we were there, and the AC could not handle the high temperatures.

Love the location when traveling by train. The whole hotel gave a very cool chill vibe with the decor and lounge. The weak air conditioner for the 30+ summer temperature. The room had no fridge.
