The room and breakfast areas were quite nice and welcoming. The view and setting were also charming. The B and B is also part of the city’s network so we got free public transportation. We were also able to purchase a Salzburg Card straight from the property as well. There was a heat wave so I can’t really hold it against them but the room we were in was quite hot and didn’t cool down until well into the night, which made sleeping a bit challenging.

This is a great place to go with family/friends for a relaxed atmosphere. It’s quick to Salzburg tourist sites via the number 3 bus routes (free) and Michaela is super helpful getting bus access set up. In addition to the continental breakfast onsite, there is an excellent restaurant next door if you choose to stay close for dinner.

Well appointed and bright lighting which was perfect for doing makeup and hair. The open shower concept left the mat soggy even though we tried diligently to aim the water away from the shower opening. Salzburg is very humid so even when we made sure to hang up the mat it remained wet throughout our stay. The hair dryer wants very powerful so drying hair took longer- again some of this is because Salzburg is humid.

I loved the housing while visiting Salzburg. I felt like Heidi from the story of Johanna Spyri, one of my favorite childhood books. Frau Michaela and her mom are very welcoming, very friendly and polite. The breakfast was AWESOME and always fresh. I will surely come back to this place again. It took me a bit to get to the house, but I got it. First, from the Central station you can get a ticket for 24 hours for all bus lines. Out of the Central Station, you look for bus 3 that has Salzburg Nord as the destination written on the screen on the windshield. You hopp off at Zweigstraße stop.

The host was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was great. It was quiet and relaxing and not far from the bus line.

Great location and very accomodating rooms. Comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good, but our son wanted to see more hot foods.

The house is really beautiful, and Elizabeth is a charm. We really appreciate how we were welcomed and treated throughout our stay. Recommend for anyone visiting Salzburg.

Photographic with parking available. Felt like home away from home. The shower door doesn’t completely seal so water would leak from the edge. Towels would be damp still the next day.

Michaela was great. She helped us with free transportation that was offered for tourists that we weren't aware of and helped us with several questions regarding transportation, the city center, and some of the surrounding towns. She was friendly and communicated expectations well regarding our late check-in. She made us feel at ease in a new place. The view overlooking Salzburg was great and our room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends. The location is a little bit further of a hike from the nearest bus stop than I envisioned, but not terrible and I wouldn't trade it for the view of Salzburg.

Excellent location overlooking Salzburg, comfortable room with kitchen, good breakfast, excellent service. A little noise from freeway nearby when windows were open.

Very easy to arrive by car when coming from Germany / München, out of the highway, into the guesthouse, super after a long trip. Breakfast morning is very nice, and causy. Lovely place.

I really liked the view from my patio door of Salzburg in the distance. You could spot some of the significant landmarks. It was also pretty to see it at night. The view of the mountains as a backdrop to the city gave a nice Alpine feel. The Alpenstil styled home lent itself well to guests. The building's structure was of fine quality. The shining star of the visit for me was the buffet breakfast. The variety was amazing! Anything you can think of that you would appreciate for breakfast can be found in the generous spread. Some of the pastry items are made from scratch by the matriarch of the kitchen. This amazing baker and cook also provided several homemade jams and juices. It was a great way to start off my day in a very fresh way. I didn't like that I had to be in town early for a day trip one of the days of my stay which deprived me of the wonderful breakfast. I really missed that great start to my day!

Amazing Location, breath taking views, easy public transport accessibility and free tickets provided by host, pleasent weather, friendly & warm host. Great breakfast. Apple trees and bunny rabbit to feed. My family have a lovely time. Salzburg is relaxing.

Cozy and delicious breakfast! Very nice experience of spending the in traditional wooden with a roof window. The road from bus stop to the house was very dark at nights (no street lamp), but still manageable with flashlight for a 10 minutes walk. However it might be difficult for someone with many luggage and no car.

A fantastic stay, close enough to the city center as to be an easy drive or bus ride into town, but far enough out that it didn't feel busy. The host was amazing and I loved that breakfast was served every morning. The host also provided a free bus pass to guests staying. Very hot in the top floor room, but that's to be expected. The host was amazing and provided fans.
