About Boutique Hotel Auersperg
A hideaway in the middle of the city. The charming boutique hotel has been family-run for three generations and is a pioneer of the common good economy. The Boutique & Design Hotel AUERSPERG welcomes you with an extraordinary style and ambiance, a beautiful city garden with a cozy terrace and a city SPA in the middle of the lively Andräviertel in the city center of Salzburg. The Bar & Lounge are open daily from 07.00-24.00. Bar menu daily until 10 p.m A very special highlight is the Petit City Spa with sauna, steam bath and sun terrace - massages with our top therapists can be booked. In the attic of the villa is our atmospheric yoga loft, where morning yoga takes place on Wednesdays (07.30) and Fridays (08.30). Lovely hotel. Rooms are well proportioned. Everything you could need. We were staying for the uefa Super Cup and spent 2 nights. Arriving 9pm the first night. Got up for breakfast ( which was very good ) and left the hotel at 11am. Returned after midnight and the room hadn’t been cleaned and restocked. I had to go to reception as we needed fresh towels as we'd left damp used ones. To meet a grumpy man in reception, who eventually made me wait whilst he fetched a couple of fresh towels. He made no note of our problem. We paid just over a £1000 for two nights. Told the female receptionist the following morning who was lovely and apologised when we explained our room was not cleaned and restocked.

Fantastic breakfast and location was outstanding. Close to the main drag of the city but just far enough to be in a quiet area. Beautiful grounds, too, even though it was small and I really appreciated the family friendly touches. Reminded me of staying at a Four Seasons/Fairmont with respect to the family friendliness, which is definitely not the case for much of Austria within the cities. We travelled with kids aged 4 and 6 and the family room was perfect for our kids to share the sofa/full bed, and for us to have our own bed. Nothing, was really an excellent stay.
