Perfect location. Opposite u got spar supermarket. taxi, tram and bus are available just stepping out from lobby. nicely organized. good breakfast with indoor and a lovely outdoor seating. staff are very helpful specially sisim (if i remember correctly). u get free transport access from lobby which covers a good range of areas. just 10 mins walk to reach the old city. nothing to mention

It would have been nice to have mini fridges in each room. We stayed during a heat wave and we would have loved to have been able to have cold drinks in our room so they were easy to access.

Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Liked the all day coffee, tea and water. Friendly staff.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful! Great location for many sights. Easy access to public transportation with a guest mobility ticket.

Highly accessible for public transport-right across. Close to restaurants and important tourist places and train station. It was dificult to get any helpful information from the front desk staff regarding transportation or tourist information. Part of the problem was the staf didn't start until 8 am. They did order a taxi but two even though we indicated only one should be adequate for all the luggage and people. Although breakfast was included theywere unwilling to accommdate early travel needs.

I added one extra night to our tour reservation and felt the cost was quite high (€330), nearly double the prices I heard them quoting for single rooms. I was surprised at the difference.

Every day they made the bed but didn't change it to clean sheet or clean the floor even after we ask them too. There were a bit of noice from the big clock outside but not too bad actually

Excellent location, good breakfast, excellent staff, they also prepared breakfast for us on the day of departure, which was at 5:30 in the morning.

Great location that is a short walk across river to old town, but in a less tourist area. All our tours left from park 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was outstanding. We had nice balcony with excellent view. No negatives at all.
