The hotel is about a 12 minute walk to Mirabell Plaza. Safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Nice desk/counter space. Breakfast was good but crowded. The best chocolate muffins we’ve had. Quiet rooms with adequate space. You have to pay extra to receive the remote control to be able to utilize the air conditioner. They only have a choice of one product in the shower. We thought it was body wash in a dispenser on the wall, so you would need your own shampoo and conditioner if you are a woman.

Great hotel, perfect location for our one night in Salzburg.

The family room was clean and large enough for a family of 4 and the air conditioning was a relief from the heat wave. The breakfast was a disappointment. Stale bread, no fresh coffee and flies everywhere. The breakfast room was quite small.
