Great location near Schloss Mirabell & Hauptbahnhof. Plenty of buses across the street. Quiet & clean. They have coffee, tea maker & fridge in the room. They also gave a couple bottle of sparkling water, juices & chocolat upon arrival. Recommended.

Very good location, in the heart of Salzburg. Rooms are large by local standards, and comparatively reasonable. It was very comfortable, overall, at a good value. Automated check-in process is a bit off-putting.

Great location and comfortable facilities. Able to get room serviced every day if you wished. Nice to be able to have some space upstairs for a drink or breakfast

Check-in was self-service, and when we asked a staff member for help entering our information, she refused to assist us. It was also inconvenient that the bathroom was located right next to the bed, which made the layout feel less comfortable and private.

Location is very convenient, and room is comfortable and well-decorated. The refrigerator in our room was not working, so our food had gone bad. Sounds like the customers before us already complained about the refrigerator, but still not got fixed before or during our stay.

The automated check in was very difficult. Several keys did not work and needed to be re-issued. There was only one pillow and one blanket in rooms with 2 people. There was no one who answered the phone when we tried to reach someone during check- in. I would not stay there again. Not having a human being to troubleshoot the issues of a large group arriving ( we had 5 rooms reserved )and different ones of us had different issues was problematic especially given the cost of the rooms. There should be a person there to help with check in until midnight.

I loved the location and the property was clean and spacious. I also liked the personal touches, like the handwritten welcome note Wish there was someone (staff to check in) there in the morning

Check in was automatic, and the room looked exactly like the photos. I never saw a single staff member in my entire stay. For some this could be a positive.

The hotel was conveniently located to tourist sites plus the tour pick up site. Coffee at breakfast was superb; however, the meal itself was just adequate.

I did not like the check-in process. We arrived at 1:00 PM, but there was no reception staff available and only self-check-in was offered at 3:00 PM. If rooms are already cleaned and available, guests should be allowed to check in earlier

Everything was ? perfect... Location, cleanliness, staff, facilities.... The toilet was a little small and cramped up, but still manageable...
