Overall our stay was excellent. Just when you enter into the rooms it has a weird smell. Maybe it’s time to have carpet replaced. But other than that beds are so comfortable and clean The smell of room when entered

Nice, clean room and decent continental breakfast, Unfortunately our room was near an exit door that crashed all hours of the day snd night. Decent place to stay, but avoid rooms near the exits.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My daughter had surgery and they made sure we had everything we needed No complaints

Friendly staff and clean

Room was spacious with large bath area. Amazingly hot water and oversized towels. Perfect size TV for the room so you have no issue seeing it. Plenty of outlets for all charging needs. Loved that the king size suite was on the ground floor. Amazing breakfast selection and all hot. Great snack selection should you want or need something after hours. Weird the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom area and the closet area was small should you be staying extended time. AC was great. Frozen within 2 hrs of being there. Did experience a few cycles where it sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast area has little air flow but does give an overflow sitting area that has more air flow. Snack selection did not have visible prices. Torn on liking this and not- after a certain time the entrance is locked. I presume for safety of the staff however not sure if that is allowed from a fire safety standpoint.

Breakfast buffet never disappoints. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and eager to take care of any needs you may have.

The facilities were nice and clean. Check in was fast and east. The room was a good value compared to the other hotels in in town. There was plenty of breakfast options and a nice pool. I was pretty satisfied with my stay and don't have any negative comments.

Bathtub had hair in it, the lady cleaned the room and it still had the same hair in the tub. Hotel smelled a bit musty and the ac wouldn’t stay on. Elevator floor had stains the entire duration of my stay. The front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Loved the Best Western in San Angelo! We made a switch later in the evening from a different hotel we had booked and were recommended this property by a friend. Barbara checked us in and was very helpful and kind! The hotel was very clean, the hallways and rooms smelled pleasant, and we were easily able to add another day to our stay, which we gladly did. Would stay again!
