Easygoing and wonderful staff No pool or breakfast

The staff was good. On the web site it says it has a pool and the pictures are good. But no pool. It's a bit disappointing. They should not advertise so from the look of it. The pool was not on working order for a while.

We booked a king size, downstairs, non-smoking. We were given a king size downstairs, very run down smoking room. We opened the door and closed it back and requested to be changed to a non smoking room. We were given an upstairs, double bed non-Smoking room. With a toilet that did not flush very good and the hint of the smell of smoke. The pool is out of commission, so if you are looking for a place with a pool, this isn’t it. It had more rig workers staying there, cooking outside their rooms and drinking and blasting music a majority of the night. It is not very family friendly at all. I would t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

So in room 151 at the end of the conchos the door does not shut properly it's coming apart at the bottom makes it hard to open and close the TV does not work it keeps bumping back over saying connect to Wi-Fi and there's a big Wi-Fi password screen on the front the toilet did not work the sink in the vanity did not have cold water the mattress cover had a bunch of black film there was leftover food in the icebox cigarette butts on the floor and it was missing the love seat that comes with a pull-out couch and they told us we could not switch rooms because it was too late in the evening or we would have to pay another deposit they already tied up $100 What didn't you like everything I didn't like everything

Friendly staff Awful smell in the room. Mold in the shower on the wall. Toilet didn't work had to get a plunger. When asked for more towels would only be given two at a time even though there was 4 quests to a room. Wifi was bad quality had to log in multiple times .

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The room on the other hand was terrible. There was feces in the toilet, the room smelled terrible and the location did not feel safe at all. Too many transients in the area. The was no water due to a water leak. Had it not have been for a family emergency, we would have had to stay in this. Thank goodness for small miracles. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Again asked them why don’t they make changes on Expedia booking websites, they answered they already have asked Expedia to the free breakfast.

Staff is cool, house keepers do a good job.

Room was clean, chill staff. Not a bad spot.

It close to our friends and close to downtown We were put next door to loud kids in the next room they were up quite early making loud noises of screaming and running into our door. We left the next morning to keep from hearing them.
