Room was spacious, staff was friendly and the parking is only $12/night. I would definitely stay here again.

Not enough pots, pans or food containers. Dish towel for washing dishes was not accessible.

The rooms were clean and roomy. It’s unfortunate the elevators kept going out.

Full kitchen, very clean Only one elevator, which was out of service a couple of times.

How one employee was able to place us in a new room but the other employee did nothing. I did not like how maintenance was knocking on the door asking was we extending our stay. He should have that information from the front desk.

A friendly front desk employee greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us get our room with ease. Definitely our place to return to when we are in the area. Very clean, fresh and quiet.

The room was very good. I was checked in quickly without issue. I was trying to get ice, but my ice maker was not working and there were no ice trays in the freezer. I was not able to reach the front desk from the room, I had to go downstairs. Desk staff said there should be ice trays. No resolution available. So sad. Floors and elevator were dirty.

I like this place. I'm actually coming back in a week. On my way home from visiting family. Little tiny kitchen with full refrigerator, A very comfortable bed. Nice little sitting area. Very nice staff. Really nice little Jim. Everything works and is in good shape. For you breakfast lovers you'll have to cook your own in your little kitchen. There is a small store and they actually sell some good things. Example: pasta and spaghetti sauce. And they have healthy choice dinners. But you're right between a Costco and a Sam's Club if you belong to one or the other. The only thing I didn't like is there is a smoke alarm directly over the bed and it flashes all night, long like a strobe light. Why do they always put those things directly over the bed? I do not know. But I used a towel from the bathroom to put over my eyes. Crazy. But everything else was really good.

The beds werent made there were pubic hair on thesheets we asked for another room same thing so qe had to keave and didn't get our refund back

Yes how you cancelled my reservation without giving me notice, wasting my family time driving so far just to be told they’ve cancelled it. Unacceptable. Then no pool, no breakfast, no business room. Unbelievable you won’t get to do work here or swim.
