Great location for the dinner spot we went to Clean and secure

During our stay, we experienced several issues. One of the front desk attendants was not friendly, and unfortunately her attitude continued throughout the problems we encountered. When we arrived in our first room, the AC wasn’t working. The maintenance staff worked hard to fix it, but it couldn’t be repaired. We were moved to a second room, but the AC in that room also didn’t work. We were then moved a third time. The AC finally worked in that room, but the light over the sink was out and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to leak onto the floor. The hallways and elevator areas were hot, and only one elevator was operational. On top of that, I realized I had dropped a sandal in the first room. When we asked the front desk attendant if we could go back in to look, she told us no and said she would ask housekeeping but she didn’t ask for our names, our room number, or any details. We had to volunteer all of that ourselves, and another front desk attendant had to ask for a description of the sandal. We eventually approached housekeeping directly, and they kindly let us in so we could retrieve it. The morning my parents were leaving, they got onto the only working elevator and it didn’t move. My mom called the front desk, and they said they would send someone. Another woman on the elevator called her husband, and he came to try to open the door. After several long minutes my dad and the other man managed to get the doors to open on their own.

It was quite and plenty of places around to eat The room I stayed in a piece of the AC unit was broken

Expedia charged me and the hotel itself charged me for the same room and neither one wants to refund me

Location is perfect , All types of food available Nearby !! Size of room is small , seems like old built compared to Money !!

The deposit and how long it takes to get it back it didn’t take me 3 days to give it to u so waiting 3 days and over is inexcusable

Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice and helpful. I was able to park my motorcycle so I could see it from my room. Was the Architect drunk when they designed the room layout? The bathroom door swings out to block the way to the room's door so the bathroom door must be closed all the time. Strange.

Everything is good and clean

Found blood stains on pillow cases and sheets. The window facing Bjs is too much in the morning, the sun shines so bright and you can’t close the curtains

Location Air conditioning was loud. There are loose tiles in the bathroom. Smelled a little like mold. Wasn’t sure if it was towels or maybe mold under loose tiles. The shower plate was loose so to turn on water you need 2 hands. One to turn handle and one to hold down back plate. Also the door was hard to open cus the carpet stopped it. Really a clean facility with nice employees and good breakfast. Location by the freeway but we didn’t hear any of the traffic.

Everything was great but the only thing I didnt like is that when the time comes for breakfast to be over the employee in charge of the day comes and literally takes the plate of food from you and says we have to throw it because breakfast is over I found that very disrespectful because we already had the food it’s not like we were getting new items after the breakfast was closed

I took my grandkids to your hotel for the night so they can swim, the pool was not clean water and my grandkids ended up with cut's on their toes, and the bathroom door open out instead of inside so it's hard to try to get to the bathroom door because it's so close to the front door

Centrally located close to I-10 and shopping centers and restaurants, spacious breakfast area, plenty of open parking, early check in and friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom could smell better
