Hi
-
Breakfast is good and beds are soft
-
Large room, breakfast Mattresses way too soft and uneven. We did not sleep well. Roll in shower causes water puddle to form on to bathroom floor. $20 parking fee
-
The only complain I have is that the floors are not super well sound proof so when we stayed on the 3rd we heard people walking above us till 12:30am and right away at 6am.
-
There was unexplained noises and a loud sound in the room in the morning that was annoying

This is our go to hotel every time we visit San Bernardino. We love how accommodating and friendly they are. It’s always a comfortable visit.

We stayed at this Hilton property for my son’s soccer tournament, and what should have been a relaxing stay turned into an incredibly stressful experience. We found what was later confirmed to be a bed bug in one of the beds. Discovering a bed bug is upsetting enough, but the way the situation was handled made it even worse. We were moved to another room, only to find that it had black ants. After already dealing with a confirmed bed bug, being relocated to another room with a different pest issue was unacceptable. The lack of communication afterward was extremely frustrating. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but those calls never happened. I had to continue following up myself, making multiple phone calls just to get answers and pursue a resolution. No guest should have to chase down a hotel after experiencing something this serious. My daughter was especially affected by the experience. Finding a confirmed bed bug left her scared and anxious, and she was afraid to sleep for the rest of our stay. Instead of being able to focus on my son’s tournament, we spent our time worrying about the situation and whether we had been exposed. After persistent follow-up, Hilton ultimately agreed to refund one night of our stay, and I appreciate that they did. However, that resolution only came after I had to repeatedly advocate for myself because promised callbacks never happened. I expect much better communication, responsiveness, and room quality from a Hilton property. Between the confirmed bed bug, being moved to a room with black ants, and the effort required just to receive a response, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.

(of 6) 4 adults to preteens. PROS: the room was VERY SPACIOUS. Bigger than any other family suite that sleeps 6 that hasn’t been a timeshare. The room was clean, was supplied dishes, paper towels, dish soap & sponge. There is no stove. All appliances in the room worked perfect. There was a large variety of buffet style breakfast items. CONS: THEY CHARGE $20 DAILY FOR PARKING! The COMMON AREAS of the hotel were gross, bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and there was water and dirt all over the floor for the 3 days we were there(Front Desk was notified 4 separate times) . ALL of the breakfast items were cold (except oatmeal, waffles) . The pool water was very cloudy, the gym smelled like dirty feet. The rooms have NO sound proofing! We heard everything coming from above us and next door. The other guests were not yelling, running or jumping. Just normal activity just an example of how thin the walls and floors are. The front desk kept getting complaints from the Karen below stating there was too much noise coming from our room. One, no one was running or jumping, just walking. Two, We moved the table that has wheels on it that is used for dining. If that made too much noice not our fault. Three, we put out the sofa sleeper, again it did not hit the floor or anything like that. So again if that was too noisy not our fault. Four, it was daytime.
