When I flushed the toilet, it made a very loud and annoying noise. If you used the toilet in the middle of the night, it would wake everyone else up badly.

Great property. Can't fault it. Great location near freeways. We extended our stay as we were so comfortable there.

Breakfast was simple, fresh, and well prepared. Im a regular here when in the Bay Area for doctor visits.

The breakfast was very good and quite varied. The staff was friendly and courteous. Location was not a consideration in choosing the hotel, but it was easy to get in and out of. The carwash next door (south side of the hotel) started up around 7:30 pm with workers getting ready for customers at 8:00 am. A little noisy for a while.

Excellent value - clean, decent light breakfast, no fee for parking, daily room service. This is not a 5-star hotel, but fits the bill perfectly if you are looking for a decent place to stay with no surprises. The only downside is that the rooms are not well insulated from sound, so noise from the atrium is apparent when people are speaking loudly.

Sheets were very soft, room was clean, it was close to the airport. Good for a one night stay when you have to be at SFO airport the next morning. Breakfast was very limited and unhealthy, plastic usage at breakfast buffet and the carpet in the rooms and hotel wasn’t great. The hotel and room seem dated, would consider it to be a 3 star hotel not 4 stars.

The room was very clean, parking was free and safe. The hotel is located very close to CalTrain station.
