Nice big room, and surprising with kitchen facilities etc. Best surprise was the location, we walked down the street 10 mins to tonnes of restaurants and outside dining and a great atmosphere that would make us want to come back and stay here on a next trip to SF, more affordable than the city centre.

Pretty nice place to stay. A previous person who stayed, their bracelets were left behind, which makes you question the cleanliness. The hair conditioner was empty in the shower. The internet was the worst. But that’s if you want to be picky, otherwise it was a pretty nice stay.

We rented this hotel because everything in San Francisco was expensive and had bad reviews for being dirty. This hotel was very clean. The staff was accommodating and it had a nice outdoor pool and a nice workout room. It was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed it.

The hotel is in a great location and the property is nice. The pool and hot tub are greatly maintained and good space to be outside. The lounge and breakfast area is spacious with a variety of breakfast options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a lot going for it: breakfast was slightly higher quality than other continental offerings we've seen, workout room was modern, and the suites with kitchen and bedroom was convenient. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues. We arrived to a clogged toilet. At first we were told that the engineer had gone home for the evening, but I persuaded them to send a plunger up (which fixed it right away). Second, they only had one roll of toilet paper in the room. When that was up, we had to call for more (which took 30-45 minutes and a follow-up call to get). Third, and most concerning, there appeared to be black mold in the sink. My daughter and I both woke up with congestion and runny noses. When we told them at the front desk, they said, "sorry". I emailed corporate - who let me know that they were, "very sorry". No update on whether they've updated cleaning protocols (it was obvious to anyone who would have been cleaning), and the hotel didn't comp us or offer anything for the hazardous conditions.

Room and staff were wonderful. The pull out sofa bed was not the best, but rest of room and amenities were fantastic.

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance from public transportation and downtown. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with flexible spaces to work and relax. There is also a full fridge and microwave/ stovetop to do light cooking. Breakfast included is a bonus. And I loved the pool and hot tub and it is well maintained.

Great location

They should pay a lifeguard on weekends. The pool was insane- not a pleasant family experience. Did not see a defibrillator which is standard equipment these days around a pool. AC wasn’t great in the room. $8 for a bottle of water in a room is ridiculous.

The feel of the place is warm and welcoming. You can walk to the downtown area in about 15 minutes. Very quaint. The breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast had great variety of food. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. We forgot a small purse at the hotel. It was found and Larry at front desk held it was us until we came back a few days later when returning to San Francisco. We liked everything.
