I liked that the hotel was conveniently located near my hometown. The noise easily passed through the walls all night. the walls were thin and I could hear noise throughout the night

The staff were very accommodating. We have 2 small dogs and we all had a very relaxing time in San Cristobal.

The rooms were nice and spacious, also the hotel is located pretty close to the San Cristobal’s downtown. The pillows were way too big, I prefer thinner ones.

The room is big and designed beautifully (like the whole hotel. New and beautiful) The staff was very nice and welcoming The shower had a great stream and was big and comfortable Great location There was no safe! Even though it is mentioned in booking... The shower became freezing cold in the middle of a shower. We called reception and they fixed it but we were still stuck for 15 min we shampoo on our heads Light in the room in the morning..

only thing was the noise from the corridor was very loud in the rooms, e.g people coming back late and filling up their water bottles.
