The location was excellent. This is a basic, old hotel typical of those in the centre of many Mexican cities. It was reasonably priced and exceeded my expectations for this type of hotel. I didn't use the services of the staff much but but found them to be pleasant and helpful. Towels were few and very thin. The room had a window open to common spaces so there was some noise from other rooms. This seems to be the case for some of these old hotels. Television was of poor quality but I didn't need it anyway.

Great value in a central location, walkable to lots of restaurant & shops. Easy and friendly check in, which was welcome after a long shuttle ride. We were able to store our bags the next day after check-out until it was time for our night bus. Good wifi. Basic comfort. Clean.

Nice basic room in a very center location. Good hot water shower. good value but not accept cards. toilet and bathroom settings are odd. no flatscreen TV but the old style, however who cares about watching it.

Great location, people on reception were friendly, hot shower. The wifi was not working great. I was disconnected every 5 minutes. The room was really cold, there were extra blankets that helped with that.

Location is amazing! Very central located in San Cristóbal! Friendly staff, the girl at the desk was super helpful, she let us choose a room! No A/C in the room but we didn't missed it because it wasn't necessary. Room is basic but clean, everything what you need is available. Nothing!

Location is good, close to feery I have no idea why this hotel Has such a high rank. Beds are horrible, uncomfortable and old. Shower in the bathroom is dripping all night and needs lots of renovation. You can hear absolutely everything from other rooms.

I liked the early check in, and when I got an invitation to stay withh friends, I checked out after 12'o clock, but that didn't bother them. I liked the water bottles when they cleaned my room. The woman at the reception was helpful and friendly. I asked for a room with a bigger window and that was not a problem. The young man at the reception wasn't friendly. Even when I tried to be friendly he didn't smile back. Made me feel uncomfortable. No idea why he did like this.
