Best Western Downtown San Diego

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful and waiting for our arrival (small hotel). Gave the vibes of an Italy hotel we stayed at. A lot of greenery on the outside with little lights giving it that extra warmth and beauty. Small lot but cheap parking at 20 per night compared to average of 45.

If you’re welling it is in walking distance to gas lamp, and Convention center. Great place. Exactly what we needed.

Everything was good. The breakfast had good options. Didn't like that the parking was first come first serve.

Just stayed two days, but the place is clean and the plants make it an interesting place!

Close to popular areas, clean, and staff was nice. Brian helped us get checked in and was very helpful! Definitely recommend. Not enough food and very crowded at times.

Everything went smoothly. Special mention to Carlos at the front desk — he helped us plan our days and gave us genuinely useful tips for our time in San Diego. He really made the trip.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff always makes me feel appreciated for my business. My normal room wasn’t available due to maintenance in the ice machine room next to it. They upgraded me to a suite at no cost. Reyna with room service was super helpful and attentive.

All around great stay the staff was amazing and very helpful will definitely stay there again

Stayed here for our 1st Anniversary weekend trip, Enjoyed the great location, close to the zoo, Balboa Park and Little Italy. Parking is it is right in the middle of downtown, however, parking on the street is readily available. Well maintained property.

Good location, lovely breakfast, nice clean rooms and super comfy bed. I would stay again if visiting San Diego.
