Also, the bathroom door has a key lock, for which the the hotel does not have a key. it ended up locked during our stay and the hotel staff had to pick the lock. The responsible thing to do would be to re-key the lock, but apparently it's been like this for years, at least based on what the desk clerk said to me when he opened it up for us.

The complimentary breakfast was exactly the same every single morning with very little variety. While we understand hotels often repeat some items, it became repetitive over a five-day stay. Our biggest issue was with housekeeping. We purposely didn’t request room service for most of our stay. The first time we asked, only the towels were replaced. When we asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned, we were told we had requested “partial service” and that we needed to specifically request full room service. The following day, we requested full room service. When we returned late in the afternoon, our room still had not been cleaned. We were told that only the towels had been changed because they were low on towels. We then had to wait outside our room with our family while housekeeping cleaned it. Throughout our stay, it also seemed like basic supplies were in short supply. When we requested extra pillows, bed sheets, or even toilet paper, we were often told that supplies were limited. The staff was polite, but the housekeeping and overall service were very inconsistent, especially for a family staying several nights. We expected a much better experience and were disappointed by the lack of attention to basic guest needs.

The staff was super friendly and very good with my two kids 9 and 8.

Another great stay here. The expanded juice/flavored waters selection and the ham for the breakfast was a wonderful surprise.

Stuff was friendly hotel was clean , only 15 minutes away from the zoo so it was perfect for us

The property is very well kept, our room was spacious and clean. The small fridge & microwave is a plus!! I had the best sleep, bed was comfortable the shower was very nice & hot, water pressure just right. Breakfast was just enough, orange juice was out but replaced immediately. I will definitely go back, thank you for a comfortable stay!

No elevator. Smelly. Bed was comfy. Lots of towels. TV OK. Okay for the price.

Breakfast was very bad. The room smelt like they sprayed too much air freshners.

Everything was great! The only downside is that the hotel didn’t have an elevator for their 3 story hotel. It wasn’t too bad and we managed but when you have 4 luggage’s and two ice chest to haul up 3 flights of stairs it’s just ugh. Staff was great and friendly and rooms were clean!

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and immediately responsive. The breakfast has declined a bit but the personnel were stellar. The only name I can recall is Raj who encompassed all the praise above but everybody I interacted with were very good.. i am sorry i can't recall more names.

A three story horel requires an elevator! As we are older than 75 we found it very-very difficult with suitcases. We would not have booked room here if we had known. Very poor quality breakfast. Even the military folks staying there questioned the poor quality.

I enjoyed the great bedding and pillows really clean and comfortable The Morning Breakfast Was a Great Value!!! The Staff were Super Nice and Friendly Very helpful with The Breakfast area The Hallway seems stuffy and humid no air circulation so it seems just to congested and you can hear all the noise from the hallway

Great stay! Very clean and everyone on the property was helpful. Their breakfast was great too. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a quick trip or extended stay.

It was so bad we didn’t even stay our last night. The breakfast was stale, we had to buy Starbucks instead. The hallways smelled like onions. The staff didn’t even help us with our bags even though we told them we had a disabled person with us, and there was no ramp accessibility to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our sheets had cigarette holes in them. We wont be staying at a Comfort Inn ever again.
