I was charged a 100 dollar deposit by the hotel for using a 3rd party account to book. They told me I would be paid back between 5 to 7 business days and I have yet to be paid back. Otherwise the hotel was nice tidy organized and clean. I had zero issues outside of that.

Service: the room was not ready even 3 hours after the check-in time. The restroom had a nearly empty Kleenex box (around 10 sheets left). Price: Given the location of this hotel, we found the final figure of nearly $600 for 2 nights (for 2 people) to be rather too high for this basic room with a king bed.
