Location is good, hotel is old, room is a little bit small but beds are good and sheets are clean. Breakfast room is big. Overall it is a good stay.
-
Happy they cleaned the room while we were there. Hotel is kind of run down but not awful. Pool was broken, which was a big reason we booked it. Further from the ocean than anticipated.
-
Room was pretty cramped, lots of paint over rust, keycard stopped working 3 times, pool was out of service and the ice machine was down. Walls were thin so we could hear every step guests took.

Clean rooms, great hot breakfast eggs sausage cereal yogurt the works. Very close to all the San Diego parks, Sea world , the Midway. Very happy with our experience.

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past because it is in a somewhat convenient location for my needs. But I have to say that this time I was very disappointed. I specifically asked the front desk person for a good room since I’ve been a multiple time return guest, but instead, I was given a handicap room which I did not request, the mattress was uncomfortable, the water pressure in the shower was weak, but the worst was the window opening up to a concrete wall, so the room was extremely dark and depressing! Very disappointing!

The room was clean but I wish they would do away with the carpet. Staff was very friendly. If looking for something affordable you just need to lay your head for the night this place will work. Its proximity to other activities was not too bad.

The staff was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and in good order. The rooms were very nice and the beds were really comfortable. It was a great stay and I would choose to stay here again in the future.

Pretty good breakfast. Picture makes property look a lot bigger than it is.
-
Room smelled musty, bathtub peeling, bathroom walls peeling

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were old. Bathrooms tubs were very worn down. And not much to choose from at breakfast.

The first room checked into smelled like urine however after talking with the staff I was promptly moved to a new room and it was great. The property is older however the staff does clean the area. It could use some modernizing. There is body soap, shampoo and conditioner are in bottles in the shower that can't be removed. It's a step above motel 6 and just under La Quinta. The gym was functional and basic. I did see someone running on a treadmill. The breakfast is good. There were bagels, toast, oatmeal(with raisins , craisins, and brown sugar), scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potatoes(or grilled veggies. Not bot available on same day), yogurt, coffee and some juices. There was also bananas and apples for fruit. No waffles or pancakes. There was two different types of jelly. I bought avocado, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries to kick up the breakfast a major notch. I also travel with my own knife to cut my fruit and prepare it in the room. Parking is tight! Be ready to show off your parking skills! The breakfast area is closed during non breakfast times. There really isn't a good place to hang out that I'm aware of on the premise to eat as a group outside of the bedroom. The bedrooms are small. They are tighter than most hotel rooms. Maybe about the same size as a microtel. We still enjoyed our stay! The staff is honest and found my chargers and left them at the front desk!!!Amazing! Praise the Lord!

The hotel was clean but very dated. Pool was small and not well maintained. Bathroom extremely small and sink on the outside. Breakfast was average. Centrally located but nothing fancy at all.

The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The morning clerk was rude and not helpful at all. The afternoon clerks were both helpful.

The room was very small for 2 queen beds , the bathtub faucet leaked , the coffee machine was missing the carafe , the pool was the size of a hot tub , that was shocking.. the staff was nice , the breakfast was great according to my grandsons
