Great location, right near a bargain mart. Great shower pressure. Would recommend

Close to everything, had a wonderful stay

The self check in was very convenient and the door codes to everything felt very safe Our air conditioning unit was leaking yellow goo down the wall and there was a light outside the window that was part of the building, not a street light, that stayed on the whole night and light up our room. It was harsh light all night and there were no blackout curtains, just blinds that were broken

Quaint room. Access to coffee and water good. Acoustics were terrible. Noise from adjacent rooms (side and above) as well as to the exterior made it very difficult to sleep.
-
they charge $23 for damage without notice or $250 deposit

Would recommend due it to its location, cleanliness and super nice balcony along with great staff

I liked that it was an old boutique hotel Did not feel safe sleeping there. There were homeless people 5 feet from where I was sleeping. The walls and windows were thin so it was beyond loud inside our room. The blinds were horrible allowing light in. There was no designated parking. Had to park blocks away from where we were staying

Super clean room to crash at - loved the cleanliness and the shower. Noisy at night and a bit smelly outside (downtown SD though). Hotel was great!

No fridge, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way or stay closed.

Good location No fridge, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way or stay closed.

Although is a place without lobby staff, fortunately, Eugene was there to provide assistance since I was assigned a room that was not available. Everything went smooth and even got an upgrade thanks to Eugene's help.

Completely autonomous service, there is no one at the reception all the time, only certain days at certain hours. Easy access with the instructions received. The shower was leaking.

Amazing A/c . Clean comfy bed. Easy access and smooth check in.

The room was so small that I had to spread my stuff on the floor because there were no drawers or shelves. There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. There was a nice coffee maker and microwave in the lobby, but I saw bugs crawling around on them numerous times. The bed sheets had someone else’s hair on them when I arrived. Then I found another bug in the bathroom that looked like a bedbug, which caused a moment of panic. After a little research with Google Lens, I discovered it was maybe a eucalyptus tortoise beetle instead, and since it was the only one, I decided not to get too reactive about it. The staff was very responsive via text messaging. It certainly was not a good value for the price paid, and I would not consider staying there again.

Terrible 😞

The hotel was nice and organized but the sheets were dirty in our room.

Don’t come here unless you want to get threatened with a $500 noise complaint fine caused by their own appliances. Room is more cramped then you see online, not every room has a fridge, very secured and quiet place but confusing check in process once you get there( another stranger had the same problem), staff aren’t all helpful and will just tell you what they need to.

This place was less than ideal. From the neighborhood being filled with homeless and smelling like pee to the rooms themselves being the size of a shoebox. We were extremely disappointed. The nearby parking is expensive and not safe due to the homeless encampments. There was a small roach by the coffee area and our room ran out of hot water. The hotel staff was a 24/7 hotline that would text infrequently which was not helpful. Our rooms tv also did not work during our stay and were unable to get the issue resolved. This place has aesthetics but stops short of everything else and I would save my money if I were you.

I loved how easy the booking and checkin process was! And it was super convenient for a concert at the petco literally found a great spot in front of hotel and was only an 8min walk to the stadium would definitely book again ‘
