Just great experience
-
The location is was good.
-
Convenient location near Petco Park. Staff is friendly and professional. No coffee in the lobby and Keurig in our room was dusty, some hair in drawers and bathroom cabinet. Aside from that clean space.
-
Good location. Well stocked kitchen. Most of the staff was friendly.

I just think the valet parking fee is outrageous
-
Great location and great people working at this hotel — close to everything.

The room itself was BOMB!! Lots of space, super comfortable bed (best I have ever slept on in a hotel by far), bathroom was spacious and the kitchenette area was more than I expected also. The only complaint was the check-in. We arrived and were told our room wasn't ready but saw many guests come in after us that didn't wait. We were told we would receive an email and a text when the room was ready but we actually just sat in the lobby waiting and after an hour we finally went back to the desk and asked how much longer it would take and then we were told our room was ready. No smile or direction from the staff, just handed a key and ignored afterwards...pretty awkward! All in all though, I would definitely go back to this hotel when staying in the area, especially since it was only about a five minute walk to the stadium!

Very good

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Also enjoyed spending time on the patio upstairs.

The room had a wash and dryer, full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, I believe. The location was perfect and close to Petco Park and the Gaslamp. It was a Lyft ride from the airport and Sea World.

Staff & valet were very helpful and accommodating. Love that this hotel is centered in the middle of everything. Walkable distance to petco park, food places, and gaslamp bars. Would recommend! The floors were dirty and sticky. Could’ve been cleaned better however, everything else was great!

The room itself was very nice and the hotel is in a great location. It has a lot going for it and could have been an excellent stay with better service. Service was frustrating and inconsistent. Before arrival we were told our cancelled-flight night would be refunded, only to later be charged for the full stay and told the refund could not be honoured. Later, when a noisy clicking fridge was keeping us awake, we were first promised a room move and then promised the fridge would at least be unplugged, but neither happened.
-
Great, clean room, with a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave. Really nice balcony, with a pretty good view of Petco Park

Exceptional

The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and we liked the location to Petco Park, restaurants, and shopping. Beds are comfortable. Walkable distance to Coronado ferries.
-
Courteous valet drivers, clean room and comfy bed. Beautiful views.

Great Property is great but outside the property on the whole 10th av was a bad smell of dog pee

This is a very cute and clean place, and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere and location. However, there were a few details that were disappointing. We were told we were being “upgraded” to a room with a balcony. While that sounds like an upgrade, it didn’t really feel like one. The room we originally booked had floor-to-ceiling windows and a nice sitting area, while the “upgraded” room had a very small balcony you could step out onto, but much smaller windows. For us, losing the large windows and view wasn’t worth the trade-off. We asked if we could have the room type we originally booked, but were told they didn’t have another one available except for a room facing what appeared to be another building very close, so we stayed in the balcony room. There were also a few small housekeeping and amenity issues. We had to ask for a broom because there was hair on the floor, and while coffee was offered downstairs by the water station, there was no creamer—only sugar. None of these things individually are a huge deal, but they are the little details that make a difference in the overall experience. My advice: if you’re booking here, make sure you get the room type you actually paid for. And keep in mind that an “upgrade to a balcony” isn’t necessarily an upgrade if it means giving up the larger windows, view, and sitting area that came with your original room.
