The hotel was what you get for the price. The building is in downtown surrounded by homeless and I wouldn’t recommend walking at night. The garage entrance is open and anyone can come in and out. However, the staff were nice and the rooms were of decent size. We only stayed for one night and wanted to be close to everything, it worked out perfectly for us.

"Don't judge a book by its cover"—that’s how I’d describe the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, sure, but it is San Francisco, after all. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was that I arrived very early, and the hotel doesn't have a room to store luggage while waiting for check-in; the guy working there wasn't very helpful regarding the bags, either. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.

From the outside looking in, I am surprised I stayed here. I was sketched out with the homeless people and graffiti on the windows, however, you must have a room key to use the elevator which felt like a safety net. Once we got to the room, it wasn’t as bad as I was thinking it was going to be. The bed was hard as rock to sleep on but everything else was just fine for our short stay. It was not luxurious but I didn’t expect it to be. I would say if any improvement can be made, it would be to get better mattresses or a pillow top.

Room amenities included microwave, mini fridge, iron, blow dryer, ac/heater, tv, ice bucket, bath towels (bring your own bathing toiletries). Property snd room was alright for the price. Biggest draw back the tenderloin be the tenderloin. The street noise level is 24 hrs. Thankfully a good nite out drinking and a lil tv put me to sleep.

Went to SF for outside lands 2026, this place was close to the festival which was nice and there were a lot of food options within walking distance. It was what we needed but was gross. It was gross. The sheets were stained and there were either dead bugs or dirt in the sheets. Not enough towels and not great towels. The tv didn't work one of the nights we stayed. Other guests were very loud.

Location was shady but inside the building was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was extremely spacious, although it didn't have many amenities for a longer stay, but since we only stayed the night, it was a really good hotel for the price.

The rooms were great ! How friendly stuff were

In a heavily homeless area. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. Didn't use any of the amenities-if they had any. I'm not sure. Just needed a place to crash after the basketball game, was a pretty sketchy neighborhood.

The area is a bit run down with unhoused people sitting/hanging around on the side of the hotel talking very loud

great stay

This hotel offers spacious, clean, no luxury rooms. However, the free parking and having a clean microwave and refrigerator and shower water pressure were awesome. It is in the Tenderloin area which was across the street from a rehab hotel/apartment. We didn’t feel comfortable going out walking at night due to the neighborhood. There was a security guard on duty which helped our sense of safety. The WiFi connection was horrible, not advisable if you’re expecting to have a stable connection.

All-in-all, if the price point was similar to what we paid this time, we would stay here again.

Good and clean space will go again

This is by far the worst hotel and experience I've ever had since joining Hotels!! The description was HIGHLY misleading!! Not once did any description of this hotel mention there was SECTION 8 HOUSING AND DISTRIBUTIONS within rooms there!! The rooms and bathrooms smelled moldy. There were a ton of flies throughout the hallways! I don't even want to get into the horrible surroundings outside the hotel, including naked homeless. We didn't stay. We left immediately! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Kind of sketchy part of town, but hotel is clean, felt updated, bed comfortable. FREE PARKING in garage.
-
The hotel is extremely safe and they put endured safety. Parking garage, elevator (room key needed) to access rooms, rooms are clean, bars walking distance. 10/10 would book again! Also Pete and his dog are so sweet.

Come for the free parking, stay for the crackheads screaming outside your window all night.

It was fine. The neighborhood is a little ugly but safe. Inside was clean. Always got parking spot for the car and that’s good.
